From your arrival to the completion of the work every effort is given to keep you comfortable, informed and satisfied with the expected outcome. My service technician responded to my needs even on weekends and after hours. Could you ask for more?

Ted does a great job

Ted takes time to communicate with customer and give updates as the day goes along. He is easy to talk to and answers questions timely. He made the process seamless. I did not need a loaner for this particular service but I think it should be more widely available for new car owners while vehicle is under warranty. This is from the ownership of Mercedes of Jacksonville and OP. Other dealers in other cities honor loaners to customers which would be a highlight for luxury vehicle owners.

Ted’s the best!

Engine check light came on while traveling 700 miles from home. This Jacksonville dealership service department was first class in both customers service and workmanship. Personnel were warm and friendly. Ted was extremely knowledgeable with his work providing detail explanation about my warranty coverage and the issue that caused the engine alert to come on. I was back on the road quickly. Thank you Ted and the service staff!

A nightmare

Be ware of service they do to a vehicle and for some reason they mess up. They won’t assume responsibility for their actions. Especially if the vehicle is no longer under warranty. For me it was a “NIGHTMARE “

Best dealership this side of the Mississippi

This dealership gives you the most bang for the bucks. They don't set you up for things that you don't need. And they let you know what you're going to need as well. Going along with all of this is their free breakfast. And I don't have to tell you that getting your car fixed with a free breakfast is the best thing that could happen.

They have been taking care of my 2009 Smart Car for its annual checkup every year since purchasing it there new in 2009. They offer complimentary valet service which is such a plus in today’s world. The driver, Tony, is beyond friendly, & a delight to visit with. The service manager, Ted, is always very informative & personable. I have trust in him. Great service both in the service department & in customer relations. Thank you Ted & Tony !!

My experience

Thank you Andy Trowbridge for your total understanding and assistance. I spend my time driving back and forth between NY and Florida. However I finally sold my home in NY and was driving to Florida for the final time. I spoke to NY Mercedes for an appointment to have the 50k A3 service done before I left NY but the could not do it because of overwhelming appointments for an airbag recall. I called Orange Park and spoke to Andy Trowbridge and explained my situation and advised that my 2017 E300 would have 51,100 miles by the time I drove the 1060 miles to Florida arriving late Saturday night May 15. He listened and responded and stated that I was part of his Mercedes family and set up appointment to do my A3 service on Monday at 8:30 a.m. he said 2 hours and it was 2 hours to complete service! Mercedes has an employee who is exemplary in making, keeping, and assisting customers. You should be very proud to employ Andy Trowbridge.
