5-star service!

I used the dealership valet service because my car had a “check engine” light on. They arranged to have the car towed to the dealership and also arranged for an Uber to take me there so I could pick up a loaner. I didn’t have to do a thing! The tow arrived in 15 minutes and the Uber was close behind. I got out of the Uber and Dalton handed me the keys to my loaner. Exceptional customer service!

Mercedes Service Dept did it again

Rick Adams was my service advisor he did an outstanding job better than anybody that’s ever worked with me before when bringing my car in. He waited on me in the cafeteria area had all my paperwork taken care of card processed and a rental car ready for me to drive out. He text me in the afternoon when my car was in service getting cleaned and said my car would be ready within the hour and he text me when it was ready thank you so much Mercedes and thank you Rick for the outstanding job you did.

Dead battery kept the service advisor at home!

Despite an absent service advisor, Jonathan Hill, the Service Manager, took charge and reassigned our car to Alexis. We promptly had our loaner assigned and on our way. Within 2.5 hours I received a text advising that the service was completed.

Cilajet application delivered smeared

I ordered Cilajet exterior coating for my new E Class. When I went to pick the car up there were smear marks all over it - front, back and sides. It was as if they hadn’t bothered to wipe the product off or buff the car. Had to get the service manager involved who sent the car back while I had to wait. Once it had been cleaned and buffed properly the car looked great.

100% Satisfied on the Whole Service

Here’s what I don’t Understand at this Location after my service is done and I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there is supposed to be a 100% complementary detail service ever time they always do a terrible job and when Let them know it’s not good they have a unprofessional response I like my car to look as well as it operates half dried with water spots is not my idea of a good detail job I end up having to spend another 45 minutes because there have to redo something that could have been avoided it’s the 100% All Around that counts

Sleazy Service Operations

This dealership wants me to pay $6000 for a scratched..." - Just the truth This dealership wants me to pay $6000 for a scratched sunroof top for my SL550 upfront before they will even order the part. State Farm is paying for the work and even provided them with a repair authorization guarantee and the dealership wants me to pay for the part out of my pocket and then when the insurance check arrives they said they will reimburse me. I've never seen such stupidity. After keeping my car for two days and spilling coffee all over my console they tell me I must pay for the part upfront. Scam Alert! You can find a better dealer!
