Oil Change Service

Upon arriving the staff greeted me with a smile and took care of my vehicle right away. Also after returning I noticed my tires had not been rotated per part of my oil change package. The staff quickly got my car back and made sure it was handled in a timely manner. During this time I had the pleasure of talking with the staff and enjoyed laughs as we talked about past jobs and cars. I will be coming back to have my car serviced here for the foreseeable future. Thank you for taking great care of me!!!

The best dealership in Jax by far exceeding all my expectations!

It was a great pleasure doing business at George moore Chevy. I honestly experienced the best customer service I have ever received in a car dealership and I have been to many! My sales person was Matt Johnson and His supervisor or what I may say “his dealmaker” was Garrett! They by far offered me the lowest and best new lease trade in deal I can find anywhere in the area! No one came even close to the trade-in value they gave me on my troubled money pit 07 Corvette and not only that they gave me a sweet low monthly lease deal on a brand new 2019 Corvette stingray! Literally one week later I went back to them because of their great service and I traded in my used problematic 07 BMW 650i Convertible for a brand new 2018 Chevrolet Cruze and the trade value and monthly lease agreement we made was truly an unbelievably unbeatable deal! No dealer in Jax could come close to their deal and their customer service! Not their next door competitor Arlington Toyota, not Honda of the Avenues, not Beaver Chevy, not Duval Honda, not Keith Pierson Toyota, etc! Trust me I gave all of those a shot and their offers and customer service were laughable at best and insulting and disrespectful at worst! Both Matt and Garrett were very friendly, accommodating, down to earth, realistic, truthful, and professional. They treated you with respect and whatever they promised they delivered on. There was no high-pressure or haggling at all, and they were willing to negotiate with me in terms that met my needs and budget which exceeded all my expectations! Even their Finance guys Logan and Jeremy were awesome! They didn’t try to upsell me all their products at all, they just offered it and whether I wanted it or not it didn’t matter, they were just there to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend buying or leasing a car at George Moore Chevy and if I were you I would try to find these people as I can guarantee you they will take good care of you! Thank you George Moore Chevy, Matt, Garrett, Logan, and Jeremy for this wonderful and unforgettable experience!

EXCELLENT SERVICE BY PROFESSIONALS

Although there are rumors that dealership service prices are high - they tackle problems other mechanics would not touch. I bought and had my ABS module replaced. Scott D brought me back in the bay and we looked extensively at the bottom of my 14 yr old truck and he pointed out and EXPLAINED what to look out for. He gave me a total sense of honestly, knowledge, understanding and experience of repairing my type of vehicle. I will be undoubtedly be back for him to correct those problems. Scotty and Blake are also to be mentioned for coordinating all the service tickets early on a Saturday morning! Well done to the whole GM Service Team! Happy customer!

Room for Improvement

I liked everything you did for me except when you had my 2015 Corvette for 6 days your mechanics couldn't find the time to fix the rattle in my passenger side door. The car sat there in your parking lot for literally 6 days waiting on parts from Michigan for my drivers seat lumbar airbags to come in. Why wouldn't you order the parts the same day as the lumbar airbags? DUH!!! Then too boot, I asked to have my car washed by the detail dept prior to picking it up and Sandy told me she or the others don't trust them with such a high end vehicles. I thought to myself then why hire incompetent people to wash cars.I mean you need a 4th grade education to do this this job. It's not like you need a college education to know how to or how not to wash a car. I have always driven high end vehicles. This is the first time I have purchased an American car in a number of years and I have to tell you that these German, Italian and British made vehicle dealerships absolutely know how to treat a client. They never give you a car back unless it has been fully washed inside and wiped down on the inside. Thinking my car new cost $83,000 and a dealership can't even allow their help to wash it is embarrassing for you as a dealership. Although I will come back to you George Moore Chevrolet as it seems all the other Chevrolet dealerships here in St. Augustine do not meet my standards. You guys goofed but it is what it is and at least it was nothing serious. Ken Morris

Great Dealership

I initially came to George Moore Chevrolet just to see what I could do in getting another car to drive. Thomas Lee greeted us immediately with such enthusiasm it was hard not to be excited even though my husband and I told ourselves we were just going to get some numbers and look around. Thomas understood our situation; we are a young family recovering our credit and looking to be in a reliable car. I don't know how the financial team did what they did but we came away with a brand new car that was only an insignificant amount more than what we were paying for our older vehicle. I am grateful for the team at George Moore but I'm even more grateful for Thomas as his initial impression resonated. He made us feel comfortable and never once made us feel as if we were asking too much. We are now proud owners of a 2016 Chevy Malibu.

I will never take my car here again

I have been a loyal customer of George Moore's service dept. for several years, and have had some good experiences and some bad. I kept coming back due to the convenient location. Now, this is twice on 2 different vehicles I've owned and had an alignment performed that someone DOESN'T know what they are doing. I arrive today with my vehicle pulling right and found out later it was still pulling right, and the steering wheel still off center. I was told by phone the my caster adjustment on my driver side couldn't be adjusted because more less I had aftermarket front struts. To top it off I needed a ride which that was a disaster all in it's own. Getting to my destination was fine, but when I was called and told my vehicle was ready, I asked to be given an hour or so which was ok, and was asked if I could be where I was picked up by noontime, which I was. I called George Moore at around 12:15 and was told 2 different things, 1 the driver was on a possible bank run, 2 he had to take a customer to the mall, but he would be given a message. So finally the driver himself calls me and says he was at the DMV office downtown, can someone make up their mind here. After today's fiasco I am NEVER returning to George Moore Chevrolet Service Dept. EVER!!!

Fabulous people to work with!! I had purchased a new vehicle from George Moore approx 6 months ago. Due to factory problems with this vehicle I wasn't happy with it at all!! I went there, explained my situation and shortly thereafter drove off in an other new Chevy!! Kudos to George Moore and especially to my sales consultant Gary N!!!
