Unhappy Fiance

I was with my fiancé because she had her heart set on a new Infinity. The salesman was extremely cocky and over talked her and kept addressing me even when I told him to address her questions, she was the buyer." [non-permissible content removed]" said he would make it happen and that he would soon be a manager and talked about his sales awards. After listening to his bragging it was clear there was no focus. Stay far, far away!

Purchased my dream car (a 2002 Thunderbird). I live in Port St. Lucie which is 235 miles away from the dealership. The car was a one owner 59,000 mile garage kept vehicle. The salesman assured us that the car had been brought in to their service dept. and had a rigorous inspection. We take the 235 mile drive home and the car looks & ran beautifully. 3 months after and about 500 miles into it (including the 235 mile drive home) it starts to run really rough. Also the air stopped blowing cold. We took the vehicle into Advantage Ford in Stuart, FL. to find a very long list of things wrong with it. The evaporator was bad, the entire dashboard has to be removed to the tune of $1810. The tires were marginal but the rear brakes had only 3 mm on the inside pads. The serpentine belt was cracked, glazed & had chunks missing out of it. Number 5 cylinder misfire and needs a coil pack & plug. The service guy at Ford said there was dye all over the A/C system so Infiniti knew it had a leak, so they probably charged it with freon so it blew ice cubes when we picked it up. He also mentioned that the car should have had 4 computer upgrades since 2002. The total estimate was $2,814.00. The service underwriter said that a prestigious dealership like Infiniti should certainly do something to help us out. After the typical run-around on the phone for 2 days the manager said sorry, nothing we can do. When I said I was told by the sales guy that the car was perfect and was told the car was thoroughly inspected. Apparently we have a different definition of perfect. I will never buy another vehicle from Atlantic Infiniti in Jacksonville and this is a warning to everyone thinking about it. Once your taillights go down the road you're on your own.

G 37 lease

My experience with Danny S. at Atlantic Infiniti in Jacksonville Fl

Three days ago I came to Atlantic Infinity with the intention of making an end of lease purchase on a friends car. The process was complicated by the fact that my friend recently became incompetent as a result of a stroke. Making matters more complicated, the power of attorney was held by a third party. Despite these obstacles, Danny made the trasaction possible and actually a pleasant experience. He was obviously very expereinced and knowledable. He was very professional in his work and in his demeanor. I usually haye dealing with car salesman because I feel that they only have their own best interest in mind, not mine. In Danny I felt like I was dealing with a true professional, not a salesman. I am very happy with the entire experience. Mark Monroe, MD

Great experience

Should be 5 stars. IPad not accepting 5 stars. My husband did all his research online before going to the dealership. We have bought several cars of the years and were very impressed with this dealership and the staff. We love our new car and will tell our friends about the great experience.

No pressure, relaxing sales experience

I sold cars briefly in college and know many of the "sales gimmicks" that many dealerships use. I am an auto enthusiast that reads the reviews, and know dealer pricing before entering the dealership. They sold me the car my way, freely providing invoices, and paperwork that matched my research. The process was smooth and was as good as my sales experiences for my Porsche, and Mercedes. All they asked for was a reasonable profit for their product, and I made a win-win deal.

Buyer beware in Jacksonville

Was told that this dealership was not honest but since they are the only Infiniti dealership in the area I went anyway - watch out! They don't like to deal with your trade and will promise you one thing and then switch things on you and tell you they never said it (bait and switch). Very dishonest group. Service department is a disaster and the service manager is more concerned with profits than customer service. Long story but they are very dishonest and if you have a substantial issue with your vehicle you will live in a continuous nightmare in dealing with these folks. After they sold me the vehicle the salesman didn't even say hello when I was in the dealership. Buyer beware.
