The toyota service for the vehicle says I should have a complete fluid change at 90k miles which is what my vehicle had. So I receved an incomplete fluid change, and I dont beleive for one minute that I am good for another 90k miles with this service when I had paid for and requested a full fluid change.

Horrible dealer customer service!!!

Brandon never called to notify me that my car was ready. I dropped off my car at 12:30 (my appointment was 12:45). I told him that I will need my car ready at 4 PM. When it was 4:15 I called the dealer and left a message for him. At 4:30 PM he called me back saying that he tried to call me 4 times, but the call never completed. While I was waiting, I received other calls without any problem. Coincidentally, after I left him a message, he was able to complete his call to me. haha When I got there, I waited at his table for him to appear. Other service advisors noticed that I was waiting for him. After waiting 15 minutes, I questioned another service advisor. He texted Brandon, and Brandon asked me to go to the cashier – everything through text messages with another service advisor. On the cashier, I noticed that on the paperwork service description was wrong and the miles noted wasn’t accurate (it was 75480, but it should be 75306). Then I went to the service manager. He explained to me what it was. I paid for the service and requested the Multi point inspection paper. The paper wasn't filled out. Brandon went back to the mechanic, and in less than one minute he returned with the check list done indicating that my air filter needs attention and water for the windshield was refilled. It took me ONE HOUR at the dealer to pay for the service and leave with my car. The funny part is, my air filter was replaced less than 5k miles ago (see the pictures), and the day after the service, I needed to use the water to clean my windshield, for my surprise (ironically) there was no water for the windshield!!! For sure they didn't perform the multi point inspection on my car, and probably the other services as well, such as oil change etc. I returned to the dealer and spoke with the manager ISaiah. I stated that I want my money back as clearly the service wasn't performed in my car. He refused. After waiting 4 hours for a basic 75k miles service, plus 1 hour to pay for that, he wanted me to leave the car again so he can finally (and actually) perform the service that I already paid and waited for. Off course I didn’t left my car again! Totally unprofessional employees working there. I do not recommend this dealer, Brandon Silvestre, his manager, and the other totally useless manager ISaiah. They all need to be better trained for their position. Customer service should be a priority there but clearly, it's not. STAY AWAY!!!

Came with a problem and left with a bigger one

I did not appreciate my experience with Sebastion. When I got my car back in worse condition than I have it to the dealership car service I was made to feel as though I was lying about the problem and at my level of stress I didn’t take that well. I came in peace and respect and didn’t blame anybody, I just needed to address a problem and get some understanding or some help and instead I was trying it in a place of me versus them

No-pressure, didn't feel rushed Trustworthy They listened to me Quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy Quick and clear communication (email or in-person) No games Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises) Professional and polite salesperson Attentive to customer's needs Salesperson went above & beyond — locating a specific vehicle, delivering vehicle to customer, staying after hours, etc. Tamy Chinea was my salesperson, I made contact online and didn't expect an old school salesperson. I have only purchased Infiniti's the last 18 years, 2 years ago I needed a truck and went to Pembroke Pines Ford... it was a nightmare! So, hoping for the best but preparing for the worst I headed to Toyota of Hollywood after 2 frustrated calls from Weston Toyota (do they even read the emails we send????) Tamy was a pleasure to deal with, we looked for a specific truck I was looking for, but not finding it I kept the first one we picked. The deal went so smooth that I kept waiting for the "gotcha" moment when things go to hell. This is the dealer where I bought my very first new car back in 1993... I will go back if I need another truck. Please, do yourself a favor, when you call ask for Tamy (internet department)... you will be happy you did. She also speaks fluent Spanish.

Terrible place

I would like to leave my total disregard for Toyota Hollywood. They are dishonest. I start saying Jyorken Kennedy is [non-permissible content removed] and does not fulfill what it says. Two years ago I had a 2013 corolla, corolla that I had financed in the same company and when I bought the company promised me he would report my credit score for companies to increase my credit. I bought the car in the name of my company and I am the co-buyer. They promised they would report my credit. A few months after the purchase of the Corolla I moved with my wife to Orlando. After a year of payment of the Corolla I went back to this dealer to another maintenace service of the Corolla. The seller insisted that I made the application for a new car. I made the application and returned home. When I was coming home on the road sr. Kennedy called to me to come back at Toyota because it had approved me for a Camry in 2014, it was all right just to get the car. So I did return and I came back. When I arrived again in Toyota, Kennedy told me that my first car, Corolla had financed the wrong way, with several complications and, for this reason were not reporting my credit. After a year of payment without delay they not reported my credit. hooowww ?? He told me that if I switched for a new car he would start reporting my credit. I told him I did not want to change my Corolla to pay more because I paid $ 370 in my Corolla. The most I could afford was $ 400. Then he insisted a lot and said I was to change it would start reporting my credit. That was the most important thing for me. He made me the following aggrements in one a4 paper: mr. Santos 1. I I'll give you three months until the first payment. Start paying November 6. 2. Pay 12 months $ 441 without delay. And come back in a year with your best credit that I will approve you to a lease with good cheaper benefits. And then I changed my Corolla for a new Camry. After a few weeks I got a copy of the contract in my house with my signature and the value on contract of $ 534. So I left Orlando and went to Hollywood to ask about this value in the contract and the Kennedy told me to not worry and that I was to make payments of $ 441 for one year and come back after a year. not worry about the contract. I came home accepting what he told me. After one year paying the Camry correctly I went back in hollywood toyota and they want to do not to change the car. They not reported anything on my credit. this is the second car and nothing. Already has two years I bought and I already returned the dealer 5 times to try to solve my problem and they do not solve. Nobody solves. All cover up the lie. I have the paper with the offer he made me. All proof of payment of two years I had no delay Payment before the date I have no problem to pay and I pay all my payments on time. But I do not accept being cheated. The contract I signed the purchase day is completely different from what I talked to Kennedy. he said several things that is completely different in the contract. Besides all, the Kennedy includes over $ 6,000 in unnecessary services in total value of the car. If you think of buying a car with Toyota HOLLYWOOD, not buy. I have three years of payment on time, no delay and nothing was reported to my credit. The contract arrived by mail is totally different from what was agreed.

SOAP OPERA

I went in to shop for the Toyota LE 2016. The salesman Jose and offered me the worst price (included these crazy high fees and taxes) though I tried to negotiate a few times. The manager walked in with his stuck-up attitude, which made me wonder if I was his beggar. I told them that I had to work and have no time to waste if they can't offer me reasonable out-the door-price. I walked out of there with no regret. They called me an hour later on my phone and left a message. His name is Javar Croekett. He talked with me and my sister on the phone and promise an out- the-door price which we agreed to. We put the phone on speaker and everyone at my work could hear his promise. I also specifically confirmed the price with him many times because we do not want to waste time to go back and forth. He said, "OK, please come now!" When I came back later, instead of dealing with me and my sister, he passed us to another salesperson named Prince Chen. At the time, he said that he just showed us my wanted car but ended up trying to close the deal with us. Mr. Croekett, supposedly Business Development Manager, was now too busy dealing with another customer and nowhere to be found. At this time, Prince told us that the price that we agreed on was not included with tax and other fees, which was another $2000 more. That was quite a low-class trick. The same manager this morning, named Bobby, walked in again with some paperwork and raised his voice like we asked him for food in a third-world country. ***Please get the fact straight! We are customers who pays thousands of dollars for the car, not for $1 lollipop. You have a job there because of us, the customers, not for your worthless personality and present*** I was not sure if he had learnt BUSINESS etiquette before moving his ways up to be a SUPER HIGH-ENDDDD MANAGER. Please be FIRED so other customers do not have to endure your acts. We specifically called Mr. Croekett on his cell phone to tell him the issue. He pretended that nothing happened and said how he would talk to Prince Chen about the REAL OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE and eventually got disconnected (well, that was no brainer). Now, after indulging fried chicken with his bare hands in front of us and talking while chewing (is that also Toyota's new working procedure? Well, that was inappropriate, filthy, and disrespectful to clients), Mister Highty Prince pretended to walk out to talk with Mr. Croekett for another half an hour outside. Mr. Croekett was hidding and never actually came in to talk with us. I did not know that Business Development Manager was being taught to be [non-permissible content removed] in school. That was SAD and DISGUSTING HUMAN BEHAVIOR!!!!! Now, Mister. Prince Chen had the audacity to tell us to pay their new price and walked away being happy. How can a person being CHEATED and TRICKED be content? $2000 cannot just grow on tree for a college student like me. After spending more than 3 hours of being treated like third-class citizens, we asked to speak to the most UPPER MANAGER to get this issue resolved. Well, guess who it was? The same manager earlier who is now avoiding to see us by hiding outside. My brother saw that he was requested to come in but purposely ignored it. Hence, I actually found out that the actual General Manager's name is Steve Ostrov. Prince Chen lied to me saying that the top manager was the other guy. How can you even lie about this? On top of that, he did not want to give out the actual name of Croekett and the other manager, which showed his real dishonesty and injustice. I hoped that there was SURVEILLANCE at the time to record this SOAP OPERA. Now, I understand how other unhappy customers give this DISASTER place 2 stars and call them SHADYYYY. For a big corporation like Toyota, these [non-permissible content removed] will eventually drive every car dealership out of business. They do not care for any other human beings, besides of their own GREEDY pockets. My car got trashed from a car accident and I need one to commute for school. Now, because of them, I cannot travel to Boca Raton tomorrow for an important school event, which will affect my education and future. Thank you so much HOLLYWOOD TOYOTA for being "THE BEST PLACE FOR BEING STEPPED ON AND USED."

Superior Sales and Service at Toyota of Hollywood

I just purchased a used Toyota Tacoma at Toyota of Hollywood, Florida. I did a lot of shopping around and did my homework. I met a great sales person there who was interested in helping me find not only what I wanted but also great service after the sale was closed. I have bought alot of cars in my life and never had this good of an experience anywhere. Next time you go to Toyota of Hollywood ask for "Vladimir Starikov ". Vladimir is interested in helping you not just buy any car but helping you find a car you will enjoy driving!
