I purchase a car in may from this people telling me is a clean carfax after purchasing the car is giving me electrical problems .i took the car to vw DEALER and the first thing they told me was the car was involve in an accident i was surprise i pay alot of money to get this car fix and i contact car shack to tell them they lie to me first they put me on hold for an hour just to talk to the sales person name ely she never took the time to call me back . I call again asking for her and i end up talking to some sales guy name jorge i explain the situation and he told me they never offer carfax that they use something else call autocheck report .i Even in the envelope they give me with the contract papers say : PRE-OWNED LUXURY AUTOMOBILES CLEAN CAR FAX &CERTIFIED. now went VW dealer run a real car fax it show were and went the car was hit as a result of this accident the car was having electrical problems. Spending hundred of dollars in repairs the sales person offer the option to return the car and refinance another car what a stupid solution. I request to talk to the owner of the dealer and jorge told me you going to waste your time he's going to tell you the same thing i told you. What i was fighting is because YOU SOLD ME A CAR THAT WAS CRASH AND FIX AND AS A RESULT OF THE ACCIDENT I HAVE TO SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. THE ONLY SOLUTION OFFER WAS TO REFINANCE ANOTHER CAR AND TRADE IN MY CAR. LAME YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE A CLEAN CAR FAX AND TRICK CUSTOMERS MAKING THEM BELIEVE THAT THE CAR THEY BUYING IS SAFE AND SECURE FOR OUR FAMILIES WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY. MY DAUGHTER'S ALMOST HAVE AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE THIS ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.NO TAIL LIGHTS WHILE DRIVING DO YOU KNOW HOW DANGER THAT IS......
