Blown Transmission Three Months In

Dan Ewbank sold me a truck that he swore up and down the mechanics told him was very mechanically sound. Three months later I’m in a transmission shop needing a full rebuild that they said “was a long time coming.” Over $4000 in repair costs. They refuse to take any responsibility or make it right. Do not let these people do the same to you.

Awesome Service

My husband and I purchased a Hyundai Palisade Limited on February 5th. Jim Melson was our salesman. He was fantastic and answered all my questions. He told me to give him a call if I ever had any questions, now or in the future. There are a lot of electronics' on this vehicle, I may have to do just that!! The Palisade is awesome!! The Staff at Hampton are so helpful and caring. I really appreciate everything you did for us, Jim Melson - Salesman, Cameron - Sales Mgr., and Matt - Finance!! Thank you all for staying late so that I could take my vehicle home. When I hear of anyone needing a vehicle, I'll be sending them to Hampton Hyundai!!

THE Best Experience EVER!!

I purchased a 2020 Santa Fe Limited 10 days ago. It was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had thanks to William Raine! He made me feel like I was one of his family members purchasing a new vehicle. He was warm, welcoming, funny, respectful & very patient with me! I hate car shopping so much, I sent my sister & daughter 2 days before to look around for me. My sister had nothing but, great things to say after she spoke with William. When we went back 2 days later, William was waiting outside for us! We looked at 2 vehicles I had narrowed it down to. William told me all of the features & differences to both. He was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. I can't stress how much patience William had with me & what a delight it was to have him as my salesman! He continues to be there when I have questions even after the purchase! I can not recommend William Raine or Hampton Hyundai enough!

THE Best Experience EVER!!

New car

Yesterday I purchased an Elantra GT, beautiful Red Pearl. This was the most pleasant experience of buying a new car in my 74 years of life. Despite the fact that I traveled over an hour to reach Hampton Hyundai I would not have it any other way. I look forward to returning there for the future care of my new vehicle and purchase of any future replacements. All personnel were very kind and considerate and put me at ease during this very important purchase. Dan Ewbanks took especially good care of me while I was there and I would highly recommend his assistance to anyone who might be anxious about buying a new car.

THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

Recently purchased a vehicle and had documents forged in my name. Finance whited out my initials on my Pre Approval Loan from my Credit Union, and forged my name on a GAP plan that I did not sign up for. Additionally, a copy of the GAP plan that was forged was signed on a different date of purchasing the vehicle, and was never notified that I had a GAP plan through the dealership. This is probably the reason I was not given a copy of the GAP plan the date of purchase and it was signed 3 days later. This is very unprofessional and plan on suing the dealership for this incident. I am a veteran that gave 20 years of active duty service of my life to this country, and cannot believe people exist like this.

Great Car, Great Experience

On 11/26/2018 My wife & I bought a new 2018 Elantra. We could not have asked for as better experience. Dan Ewbank met all of our needs. He, along with Matt SanFillippo, worked with us in an effort to meet our financial wishes. The entire staff were as helpful as could be expected and were overly gracious. This is the third Hyundai we have bought at Hampton Hyundai and if we need another vehicle, Hampton is the first place we will see. I highly recommend to anyone who wishes a fair deal with little to no hassle.

Purchase of 2018 Elantra

I had THE BEST experience with this dealership! Dan Ewbanks and the rest of the team were very helpful in getting me into a great car and handling it so that I had no negative equity from my trade in. I'm in a much better position now than I was with my 16 Elantra, and even got some extra goodies with my package than what I had with my 16 that only brought my payment up by 20 dollars! 20 dollars got me a sun roof, backup camera, keyless entry/start, heated seats, etc. I LOVE my new Hyundai! Oh, and I had brought my almost 3 year old with me. This team of people willingly watched my kiddo while I went for a test drive, and they did it with a smile. They really are all about family, putting the customer first in needs and affordability. I seriously cannot say enough good about this dealership and it's people. =)

Awful Customer Service

I drove over to Fort Walton from Pace Florida which is about and hour and a half. I test drove the car and it had a few issues plus needed cleaned and they were waiting on a part for the air conditioner. I really wanted the car but I needed my husband to also look at it and he works in Pascagula, MS and he was unabme to get there then. The salesman said that I could put down a deposit so he could come see the car. I spoke with my husband and he agreed so I called back then the sakesman said they couldn't do that. I told him that my husband would take off work early the following day (with no pay) and he said that sounded good that it should be no problem. He called me the next day said they fixed the air conditioner and are having it cleaned and I said we will be there that afternoon. He called me about 3 hours later and said they sold it knowing my husband took off work and driving 3 hours away. They are very unprofessional and I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from tgis dealership.

miscomunication on what was said and i get the blame.......

Where do I start. I went in the dealership reason is I wanted to shop. I ended up trading my vehicle for a 2018 Santa Fe. Amazing vehicle at that. Well my trade in had some upgrades done to the car and removed. The suspension was left on the trade in because the dealer wanted the sale and kept calling me to return all within a couple hours, so i left the suspension on and returned told them the suspension was still on and they took the vehicle in. The day after (after the sale was complete and done) my sales person calls me because the service department wanted the stock suspension parts and offer to swap them out for me, and call me when its done. Been 2 days and I called them today and basically they are telling me since it takes about 6 hours labor I have to pay for it. I could've brought the car somewhere else and did it myself. But out of good nature I brought the springs to the service department and was told thank you and we will call you when its done so you can pick them up. Exact words. Wasnt told about any labor cost costing over $500. Well my experience was good buying the car but hampton hyundai trying to say miscommunication was the factor and blame it on me to get more money out of my after I bought brand new car from you them. Something is not right.....

Great service!

My husband and I went last week to search for a new or used vehicle. We went to Hyundai and met with Steve whom showed us the types of vehicles I was looking for. He helped me with test driving three different vehicles and then when I decided on one, we went inside where he explained everything thoroughly to my husband and I. Steve, Mike, and Cameron were all fantastic! Thanks for the help!

Amazing Experience

About three days ago, I went out car shopping hoping to find the perfect SUV for me. Hampton Hyundai ended up being my last stop that night and I was beyond pleased with how the overall experience went. Tommy took the time to pull up every Santa Fe Sport Model so that I was able to compare each model side by side. I left there with a 2017 limited Santa Fe Sport and I couldn't be happier. The workers here treated my parents and I with kindness and respect. Thank you Thomas Pope and Tyler!
