Very bad experience. Readers digest version. Tried to purchase an Escalade. After a lot of back and forth - my wife sat in the lobby for 1.5 hours while they sold the car out from underneath us. The sales person apologized, but it was a complete joke. Typical dealership with high demand that treated us like crap. They could have tried to make it right.......Profits over customers service.

Every person I encountered was amazing to deal with. Gregory Linton was my sales associate. He was thorough, helpful & very patient with me. Tarek in the financing department was very knowledgeable, made it fun & an easy process. Tony Giordano, the GM made sure I was comfortable & helped make my lease a breeze. Overall, I am very pleased with Ed Morse Cadillac & have been telling all my friends to head over! I love showing off my new car! Thank you to all the staff over at Ed Morse!

Straight forward, didn't play any ridiculous sales games. Gave me a price, I countered with my best offer and told them if they accept email me in writing which they did. Handled the whole negotiation over they phone and email. Went test drove the vehicle and bought it on the spot.

My sales person, Seden, was professional helpful and no pressure. She went over different cars and found the one that fit my needs. Same with Tarek, finance manager, who took his time and answered my questions.

Best buying experience!

Steve Plotnik provided the best buying experience we've every had! It was a busy day at the dealership and we came over from Naples with our 2 dogs. He welcomed us and our dogs! He provided thorough knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in and worked through the process of the purchase in a very helpful and up beat manner. The other staff at the business were also very kind. Before we knew it, we were driving away in our new SUV!
