My car was scheduled to be serviced at 8:30 in the morning and Michael Young as well as many supportive individuals at Honda were ready and waiting for me. They were so cordial and caring. The car needed a lot of work since it is a bit old, but everything was taken care and completed in one day. I was called when everything was done and I headed up to the service center. This is our families 4th purchase with Travis at Delray Honda, we upgraded from a Pilot to an Acura MDX, Travis is our guys, he’s courteous, efficient & honest. We trust his recommendations, and are VERY happy with our new 2024 Acura MDX! The process is quick & no longer takes hours as it previously had. Kathleen Willis is superb! I have been going to her for years, and I always am happy with the service she provides. She is honest, efficient, and makes sure her customers receive excellent service. The repair personnel are to be commended for their work. It is the "service team" that keeps me returning to Delray Honda for maintenance on my car despite the 40-minute drive to get to the dealership. As an old commercial said, "It's worth the trip."
