Maserati Alfa Romeo of Daytona

Purchased a 2014 Maserati Gran Turismo from Ryan Williams at Maserati of Daytona on 08/24/2016. Ryan Williams confirmed the vehicle carried a CPO warranty as part of sale. After repeated attempts for over one year Maserati of Daytona has remained uncommunicative and repeatedly failed to respond to my attempts to confirm status of warranty. I flew from Saint Louis, Missouri and visited their dealership in person on 02/02/2018 to get resolution and received nothing but more run around, no answers and not even the decency of a confirmation either way. I've spoken with Joe Taylor in service, Ryan Williams in sales, Tim Rodewald, Aaron McNeely, a guy named Brett and a guy named T.J. The entire team at Maserati of Daytona is still refusing to provide confirmation of the CPO warranty that was included as part of the vehicle sale. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General offices of both Illinois and Florida. Have also had my attorney begin legal action against this company. Stay away!! You have been warned!!
