Over 2 months to release me tag I transferred

The entire process was great. I went. Bought a car. Deal didn't go trough. Returned the car the following week. I had a transferred my personal tag to the Sonata. I was told the tag would be released the following week. I left. Went out and bought another vehicle from another car lot. After leaving several messages for the finance manager and never receiving a phone call in return I finally got a hold on by calling yet again. It took a few days before I was able to get any help at all. I had to personally go by the dealership so that it would get taken care of. I am now still waiting on my tag to be released by the state so that I can have the title work done on my vehicle. Now Hyundai is costing me money because I can not work because I can not drive my vehicle because the tag is out of date and expired. Thanks! Will not recommend this lot to anyone.

First experience with Daytona Hyundai

Just purchased a new Hyundai Tucson from Daytona Hyundai, Roger B was the sales person. Roger is very knowledgeable and helpful in working out the model and terms meeting our needs. The overnight test drive allowed me to evaluate the vehicle under various condition of anticipated use. All personnel were enthusiastic and courteous. I will recommend Daytona Hyundai to others.

Very pleased

my wife and I have purchase Cadillacs from a local dealer here in Daytona Beach for the last 20 years. It was time for a change. I spent a lot of time researching on die on the web before I went to Daytona Hyundai. I went there on the recommendation of two of my associates who purchased cars at the dealership. Lee was exceptionally intent delivering outstanding service to me. Singularly, because of his service I least the top-of-the-line Genesis for myself and that the top-of-the-line Santa Fe SUV for my wife. I can guarantee you that would not have happened if I had not received the quality service that I have come to expect. My congratulations to the dealership and I would recommend the product to anyone. I'm extremely pleased with my Genesis and my wife is very pleased with the Santa Fe.

No Games

I'm sorry for being late with my review about my experience with Daytona Hyundai and Mr. Lee Richardson from Feb 2016. I was completely satisfied with our buying experience with Mr. Lee. He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the 2016 Elantra but that it was exactly what we wanted. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. In fact, it was quite the opposite. Mr. Lee was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient in every phase of the sales process. I can't possibly say enough good things about Mr. Lee. It was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. It was much easier than I ever thought of. I am really impressed with Mr. Lee as well as the team members of Daytona Hyundai. I'll just finish by saying that I will definitely be referring other prospective Hyundai buyers to Mr. Lee Richardson of Daytona Hyundai. Thanks again to everyone that was involved!

Not that happy

Steve was the man when I bought my car!! Happened really fast and he was so nice. Come to find out when I bought the tire warranty an after two months of having my car two tires went bad. They wouldn't cover them when they said it would be covered when I bought the car, so in a little note just make sure you don't buy the tire warranty because it's $500 and they don't even cover the tires. I bought a certified pre-owned car so that's supposed to have a "warranty" I'm nervous to see what else they won't cover.

Best Dealership Around!!

This dealership is AMAZING!!! Always keeps their word no matter what, they are honest and work fairly with you. Any problems you have they are right on top of it. The Service Advisor I worked with Rocky Del Buono was wonderful! Having a ton load of work on his shoulders and you can imagine how that can be in the dealership business, he stayed truly honest to his word and I would recommend ANYONE to go see this gentleman for your service needs. Nothing but positive comments from me and I will gladly and urgently go back to see him for any and all of my vehicle service needs. God Bless!

Left with more questions than answers...

Even though some things were taken care of involving the price of the car. However my husband and I left with even more questions than answers. My husband asked to see the carfax which was never shown and we don't even know if it went through service. Considering there was no sticker on the windshield on when the next oil change is due. Overall besides some snotty attitudes from some people there. Some of the people were very pleasant. But overall this was the most confusing and difficult with headache car buying experience in my life.

I love that when I bring my car in for services that the person who sold me the car (Dave Rabias)always makes sure I get a great service. Checks on my car to see when it will be ready, and keeps me posted as to what being done.

I recently purchased a car from Daytona Hyundai, I was not even sure what I was really in the market for, as I had not purchased or even been on a car lot in over 12 years! The staff here was not only friendly, but very patient with me. I never felt pressured into buying, or even looking at something that is out of my price range or what i may or may not have wanted. I worked with Roger Belue, he was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars, and again, very patient with me and really helped me to make the right decision for the car I needed! I LOVE my 2013 Hyundai Tuscon! I am very pleased with my sales experience and my new car! Ally/Sanford

Keep driving!

If your tempted to turn into John Hall Hyundai to shop, take my advise and keep driving. We bought 2 new hyundai's on the same day, worst buying experience In my entire life. Cars are great, dealership is a [non-permissible content removed]!

Excellent Dealership

Daytona Hyundai is an excellent dealership. We have bought 2 Hyundais from Roger B in the past two years. Roger's professionalism as well as his mannerisms makes it an easy experience for the customer. Roger knows his cars and goes out of his way to make your shopping/buying trip very comfortable. The Service Dept. is very accommodating and professional also. A nice feature in the Service Dept. is you don't have to make an appointment for your oil change. You can just pull in and they take care of your car.

I've lived in Daytona over 80 years. I've driven and bought over 100 cars in my lifetime. At Daytona Hyundai I immediately felt welcomed and valued as a guest. I was shown respect and given the royal treatment even though, I had on less than impressive clothing. I wasn't pressured nor talked down to, these are the main reasons I took my purchasing to the next level. I asked very , very many questions and the salesman was knowledgeable and proud of the company and vehicles that he represented. That was the final part of me making my decision. This is probably the last car I'll ever purchase so for them to get my business everything had to be perfect and to my surprise it was all of that. thank you Daytona Hyundai for a job well done

Don't Buy at Daytona Hyundai

I just had my second negative experience at Jon Hall (Daytona) Hyundai. Next to the time a car dealer sold my trade-in before I had purchased a new car; this was the worst most dishonest and unprofessional experience I have ever had at a car dealer. Yesterday we agreed on a price for my car...they were purchasing it from me. Financing on the car was through Hyundai and we had the payoff amount. I was told we would sign the papers this morning and I would receive a check for the net proceeds when I delivered the car to them. When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes for them to "put the paperwork together". When the documents arrived to be signed they were not completely filled out, I signed a blank title form which they would complete. I was given a hand written scrap of paper to sign. It had the basic sales transaction dollars hand written on it. I was told it would be 7 to 10 days for me to get a check. Let's recap...They get the car...today, my signature on a blank title transfer form..today, and I get a scrap of paper with no dealer information, no dealer management signature, nothing on the paper that even identifies the dealership... and no money. What is wrong with that picture!! Buyer beware is not enough of a caution when dealing with this dealership!

New 2012' Accent Hatchback Purchase

Juat a week ago, I purchased my New 2012' Accent Hatchback from John Hall Hyundai in Daytona Beach, Florida. Its my very first Hyundai Car, & my First Purchase from this Dealership. Initial Contact was made over The Internet, & they set me up with a Particular Salesman, A Chris Nelson. Dealing with Chris was Surprising Easy & always on a very comfortable level. I felt NO pressure from him personally, however The Dealership overall is there to sell car's, so since I was out to but a Car that day, they were going to clearly give me full court treatment, which I expected & really didn't mind.... Here's The Single Significant Problem I Had...., the car I contracted for, agreed to, & was paying for, Came In, In A Different COLOR, & I wasn't told until I went to the dealership to pick-it-up.... SHAME on John Hall Hyundai for NOT telling me the nite before, when I got the call that the car had arrived at The Dealership, & it would be ready for my pick-up, the following day at 1pm... I Didn't Like The Darker Color, I didn't want the darker color, & I hadn't ordered or agreed on the darker color... OK, they took $250.00 off the Final Price, but that's Still No Way To Run An Honest & Reputable Car Business... They NEED to be more up front, & they were Up To That Point. I Luv My New (darker) Accent, Chris Nelson is A Gem Of A Guy, but I was disappionted overall with The Sales Values & Character Of John Hall Hyundai of Daytona Beach, Florida. Maybe, just MAYBE next time they will get it Totally Right, so that I can give them 5 Stars, instead of Four.... :-)

Jon Hall Rocks!!

I have bought several new and used cars over the years. Dealt with many dealers across North Florida. Both good and bad. I will honestly say, this has been the easiest time that I have EVER purchased a car! Charlie and his team rocked! Fast service. Great price from the start. No BS at all. No gimmicks or tricks. I did my homework before online and with other dealerships and Jon Hall blew their competition out of the water. Hands down. If you are looking for a new Sonata, give Charlie's crew a call! You won't be sorry!!!
