onDwyne is a star. He was so patient while we tried to decide on the car and features we wanted. After the sale he was so detailed moving our stuff from the old car to the new one. He even attached my house key and airtag to the new keys

onI was very pleased with the service and efforts made to get my car repaired in a timely manner. I came for a routine oil change but also knew my axle boot was in need of replacement very soon. They confirmed that and were able to get a new one ordered, delivered, and installed the same day. Aaron Clark was my service advisor and he did a great job making it all happen for me.

Awful experience

onHorrible customer service, I had a really bad experience. I went first an oil change few weeks ago. I booked the first appointment available like 3 weeks in advance because I didn't want to wait long.They took over 2 hours for a simple oil change even though I was supposed to be first on line. When I tried to find out why it was taking so long, instead of an apology for the long wait, they gave me an attitude. Apparently customer service is not a priority for the people at Rick Case. When they told me that the car was ready, I went to the cashier to pay and I was told that the valet had my key. The valet couldn't find the key, and to make a long story short, 20 minutes later they found my key. Again, without even a simple apology for the inconvenience, I got a little impatience and the 2 kids from valet were basically mocking me saying goodbye, God bless you in a very ironic way. My next oil change is free because after 3 oil changes, the 4th is free. After that, I'm never going back to that dealership!!! And I am never buying a Hyundai again, Honda and Toyota are much better cars and now the cost is about the same. I left Rick Case Hyundai very disappointed to say the least!! Horrible experience, those people are super unprofessional and don't understand the importance of providing good customer service.

onRick Case Hyundai Weston and Rick Case Kia service departments are very hard to get a hold of or navigate with someone over the phone. And don’t hold your breath for a call back. You need if possible to go to the locations. But after speaking with the service department face to face I was extremely happy with the service I received with Jackie the appointment setter, she was phenomenal getting me the elusive service that I required and Mr. Vanhorn both in Weston restored my faith in the the service and expedient repairs that I needed. Great service. Thank you!

onI purchased my car from Rick Case and they're the only people that will go under the hood. I don't have to second guest their recommendations. Every technician has been very courteous and respectful. You feel your being prioritize by their staff. I was offered water along with the other customers while waiting for my vehicle. onWell, I’m gonna start off by saying my appointment was at 3 o’clock and I sent my daughter because I do have working hours from 8 to 5 and so does my husband. Your last appointment apparently is at three however when she got there there was a three hour wait which I think is absolutely ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation so I had her leave. I was not gonna let her sit there Seven months pregnant. She did me a favor so three hours to get a tire, rotation, and oil change all I got from the service center is that there’s a a staff shortage which I find to be everybody’s excuse lately I feel like if it’s that bad then don’t schedule so many appointments. It’s really not fair for the working person so now we could not even get the oil change done and I have to take it to my mechanic and pay which I’d rather pay then sit there for three hours, so yes, that’s how I feel.

Terrible Maintenance Department

onI experienced terrible customer service when dropping off my vehicle for maintenance. I have been visiting this location for over 4 years now and this is the first time I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong for wanting to provide them with my business. I did not have an appointment however, I left my vehicle in hopes it would be maintained. My vehicle was never looked at nor did I receive a call to inform me of such. I was shocked by this treatment because I am a loyal customer. So, I have decided to, when my vehicle’s lease is up, to turn in the vehicle and go to another manufacturer that wants my business. There’s plenty of manufacturers that would love my business and will treat me with courtesy and kindness.
