Non return of down payment

I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealer. The last time we had a problem with the bank because of an unsettled Gap claim. I was asked to return the car and I would receive my down payment back. The salesman checked the car and the mileage when I brought it in, but the following day I called about my money I was told the car was damaged. I reminded them the car was inspected by them, so the damage happened at the dealership. They do not return my calls and neither does Kia Customer Service. Dishonorable company, lists and cheats. You stole from a disabled senior citizen on widow benefits.

Buying a car is never an easy or quick porcess. Ricardo was so polite, friendly and helpful. I am so happy with my 2015 Kia Sorento. Now all I have to do is learn how to use all the toys. Thanks Ricardo, you are the best. I highly recommend👍🏼.

Terrible Business Practice…Coral Springs Auto Mall (KIA division)

I have previously reviewed this business, the review was deleted because I put the names of the individuals I was in contact with... However, their names are public knowledge if you search their staff on their website... So on to my review... Short summary... My husband and I spent hours at this dealership, and I mean over 5 hours! At times, we were just sitting there waiting on the Sales Manager, as he was working the numbers, I don't think it should take hours upon hours for this to happen... After those hours passed, and me driving a car they knew was way over my budget, the Sales Manager came to us with an absurd monthly payment, this was hours after we told him what we could afford. Me being the individual that I am, I stood up and wanted to leave, that is when the General Manager appeared, offered us a 2015 Cadenza and with hesitation I agreed to test drive it, my only hesitation was the price but I was advised "There are better incentives". Loved the car... Why only ONE STAR? Well we spent hours in the dealership, dealt with a terrible Sales Manager, for whom was obnoxious and abrupt, we were told the maintenance was Free, well that was false! The maintenance was added into the price, nothing was explained by anyone, not even the finance manager, as a matter of fact he had to run outside to give my husband another form he forgot to have him sign! We have learned our lesson, no matter how tired, hungry and frustrated, we will be sure to read each and every word of a sales document. Cannot trust anyone!!! My only 5 star would be for the salesman!!!! He was patient, and was just trying to make us happy however once the sale was done, and the disagreement over the "FREE MAINTENANCE" was addressed to him, he didn't want any involvement.... In closing.... Read all the documents, if they tell you something it's FREE OR BEING THROWN IN YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT....

Excellent ia Sales and Management Professionals

I would like to take a moment to praise Gary as an excellent manager of Coral Springs Kia and my professional sales associate Seyhan Time spent working in the business of new car sales have taught me to appreciate a quality buying experience, Even though my deal was taken away by circumstance that happens and is often frustrating,in the car sales business. Gary worked a bottom line slim margin deal for me without back and forth bouncing or playacting. The number turned out to be below research I conducted. My reason for this transaction is to minimize documented medical back issues in the hope of feeling well enough to stay out of my home long enough to take care of as many necessary issues as possible. For this reason buying a used vehicle presents the percentage risk of chance I cannot afford to take, should the former occupant vacated the vehicle for mechanical reasons I may not learn during the purchasing process, Of course no dealer or private seller you might purchase from can answer this question for you, Its a percentage risk the buyer must decide based on your ability to wor with your range of outcomes. Currently the math for me has taken a turn that needs to be harnessed and therefore I could not forgo the opportunity received to save a few hundred dollars off this current purchase which projects to be vital to me as life evolves Most dealers (particularly Rick Case.Honda's internet and Hyundai's service department) are of the idea that profit and satisfying the goals of their manufacturers out weigh thei r published goal of converting a stranger to a loyal customer.by taking ACTIONS that focus on really helping the individual at moments of truth. Therefore it is my pleasure to whole heartedly recommend both Seyhan who did a very through test drive with me around closing time and stayed in contact with me. Gary C did exactly what he promised and made sure I was comfortable with the number i was going to close at. In closing let me say that the only reason this deal went elsewhere is that the ownership of a competitor just happened to be alert when a request I made in an attempt to verify my equipment list required me to populate buyer information fields and lightening stuck for me this one time when I must be focused on the bottom line. Please give Gary C and Seyhan a fair opportunity to earn any new or pre owned business and I am sure you will agree in the end they both deserve it.

A very pleasant experience

In negotiating for my 2014 Optima LX, my salesman was Greshie W. Both he and the internet mgr and the sales mgr did everything in their power to make me happy. Greshie was outstanding, coming in on his day off to assure a perfect delivery to me. I buy a new car every year or two and this dealership was tops in my book.

Very bad experience--unethical behavior

Very bad experience with Coral Springs Kia through Mike, their internet sales manager. He totally lied--a bait and switch. He committed to a fixed price for the color and model of Soul we wanted, even if they had to get it from another local dealer, so we went there and they would not honor the commitment. They tried to switch us on the color, then more money. He even admitted that he told us what I am claiming but blamed it on his boss. This behavior is not at all acceptable and makes internet shopping seem useless and suspect for this dealer and the industry.

Fast, friendly, and transparent

I contacted the internet sales managers from every Kia dealership from Miami to West Palm in my search to get a new car. Most of the dealerships sent me a canned email response asking me to call them. Very few actually gave me quotes, and a personal email asking what I was looking for. Mike Shearer was very personable, and responsive to what I was looking for. I wanted a Kia Rio, and knew from my online research exactly what I should be paying for it. All the other dealerships I tried dealing with gave me the standard run around, dealers fees, hard time about not financing through them, etc. Not Coral Springs Kia. They gave me the Rio EX for the price I was looking to get the LX, with no hidden fees, hassle, or trying to sell me things I didn't want. I left the dealership an hour and a half after I got there a very satisfied customer.
