On June 11, 2018 I entered Coconut Creek Infinity dealership. As soon as I existed my vehicle and proceeded to enter the showroom entrance I was greeted by Mr. Mike Stevens and the rest was history. He was a very friendly and knowledgeable sales representative. I told him I was interested in leasing a Q50 infinity. Within 2 1/2 hours I was leaving the lot with the infinity I desired to have. This was the most efficient yet thorough car purchase I’ve ever experienced. Thanks to Mr. Stevens and his wealth of car sales knowledge I’m now riding in my new 2018, Moca Almond, Q50 Infinity. Our eighth Infiniti is my daughter's fourth. Turned in her 2014 Q50 for a 2018 Q50 Sport in Iridium Blue. It's beautiful! Ricardo A. was my salesman and was fantastic. No BS...told him what I wanted and how much I could spend. He got me what I wanted and more!! Ricardo and Infiniti of Coconut Creek is highly recommended.

I had such a great experience dealing with the professionals at Infinity of Coconut Creek. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. It was a pleasant experience all around from start to finish. I highly recommend Infinity of Coconut Creek. I traveled from Atlanta, GA to check out a Range Rover HSE. In one day I was able to inspect the vehicle and negotiate the terms agreements of purchase and ultimately purchase the vehicle that same day so that I was able to drive my new vehicle back to Atlanta, GA. Above all what I enjoyed most about the experience was the customer service. They picked me up from the airport that Saturday morning with valet service. We made the 20 minute drive to the dealership from FLL. There I met Ricardo the salesman who I had already been in contact with the day before. Ricardo was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. I did not feel pressured the entire time. They were even nice enough to provide me with lunch. I also spoke with the general manager David whom I enjoyed speaking with, he was genuine and respectful. I was very satisfied with the terms of the agreement. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from Infinity of Coconut Creek again. I drove back to Atlanta that evening a happy customer. Ricardo even called me the next morning to see if I had made it back safely after making the 9 hour drive.

Today we purchased an Infiniti Q50. We had an excellent sales experience. Upon our arrival we were promptly greeted by saleman, Mark Freedman. (Note that at two other non Infiniti dealerships we had to actively seek out assistance). Mark was personable, repectful. He was knowledgeable in the areas of vehicle features and dealer offers. The overall car buying experience was positive. As always, when making a major purchase, pay attention to the math, double check figures for correctness and be certain that you understand what makes up the final vehicle price. We found some discrepencies.

I saw a beautiful car driving along side me , I looked a little closer it said Q70 and had the infinti emblem,,,i called my local infinti dealer I got a great salesman on the phone (Michael Freed) he talked to me about the car invited me in to test drive it and also explained the different models and trims of the Q70 ,, i ultimately went with a Q70L with thee addition to sport wheels Mr.Freed had this car located at another dealership and had it brought to coconut creek infinti for me ,, that's excellent service,, I'll be back for my next one due to Mr.Freeds'. It is with great sadness and anger that I am writing this review. I had such a nice customer service experience when I visited and leased TWO automobiles on Sept 30. Since then, it has been a nightmare. I traded in my car which had a loan on it. Today it has been 27 days and they have yet to pay my traded in car off. I received a 30 day late today on my credit report due to the neglect of their promises. I have called and requested to speak to someone in the finance department 5 times over the past 4 weeks. The receptionist either took a message and promised a callback or transfered me to his VM. He never called me back. When I called the sales rep who leased us the car, he kept asking for a 10 rating on the survey. No one seems to care and for that I am now considering legal action due to the negative rating on my credit due to the dealerships lack of care for a customer who leased two cars. I only wonder how bad it would have been should i have only leased one car.

I explained my situation with the manager and sales rep and they listened to my needs. They did not pressure me at all. It was a very positive experience. The sales staff were professional and caring. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. From the time that I walk into the dealership and spoke with Jeffrey the internet manager, he made me feel no stress. He introduced me to George Neofytou in sales and George was not high pressure but very knowledgeable and worked with the managers to make the transaction happen. I have owned 3 BMW's in the past and I am now a Infiniti fan. I love my car! And Coconut Creek Infiniti made it happen.

Geraldo was amazing!!! He was courteous, funny, educated of all models of cars and understanding of my needs. Best of all, there was no pressure and he gave me a fantastic price. That was absolutely the best car buying experience ever had. Prior to visiting the showroom, Mark F. answered a million of my questions over the phone. He was completely professional and guaranteed me a great deal. This is the second car that was purchased with the assistance of Mark F. My wife was amazed how courteous the service department was when she brought the car in for some work that week. Infiniti of Coconut Creek is hands down the best dealership in this area. well where do i start... the salesman up-sold me to an IPL convertible from a G37. Here is what he told me , its a rare car... the IPL is a performance line that rivals Audi S or BMW 3. it holds its value great and we only have one in stock... I made the biggest mistake of my car buying life... this post will be taken down by the dealer because the truth hurts. The car is terrible.. the exhaust noise never goes away, the seat belt system is horrible and it is always getting twisted and rarely retracts by itself so it gets caught in the door... over any bump you think the car is coming apart, and oh did I mention and exhaust drone that never goes away and not in a good way...the transmission is a piece of crap, and the car doesn't perform like any performance car i ever had before. Although the radio is good! I am disappointed that infinity would put out a car that was so over hyped...but more importantly that the dealer would so misrepresent it.. Shame on me for not doing more research. There is more not to like about this car but that is enough for today....No stars for you!!!

I spoke to Steve prior to going about a mailer promotion for trading in your car prior to coming in. I told him over the phone I had no interest in leasing. They offered me $19500 on a loaded 2011 G37 that I bought a year prior, pre-owned for $31200.00. This same car, by the way, they are selling at their dealership online for over $27,000.00 Yes, almost $12,000 less for a car that was purchased below market value only 15 months prior at another Infiniti dealership. "Coincidentally", it was just a little over the payoff that I owe on the vehicle. Since I purchased my current vehicle in March 2012 at Sawgrass, my credit had gone up almost 40 points and the finance deal they offered was exactly the same as I got at Sawgrass. Even if you make a deal with them, go to Sawgrass before signing and beware of any marketing Gimmicks they send you. At the end, they told me the advertisement they sent for my car was really for leasing programs, but apparently, Steve, one of the managers, was not willing to tell this to me before I wasted my time.
