Sales Person was the best

Michael K. At Autonation Lincoln in Clearwater was the best salesman I've ever had when buying a car. He was patient, drove me around to multiple dealerships to test drive vehicles. Was honest with his opinion on each of the vehicles and was never pushy like most car salesmen tend to be. I can appreciate his calm demeanor versus the almost fake demeanor of others that I've dealt with in the past when buying a car. His approach should be recognized more often as it made the car buying experience much more enjoyable and less stressful.

Great sales pitch to reel you in…

The car buying process was amazing. I’d rank them FIVE stars, initially. We bought a used Mercedes for our daughter. Everyone kept telling us their service doesn’t end with the sale. They’re there to help. Our daughter took the car to Miami, where she lives. The engine light came on. Automation Clearwater worked with us to get it inspected in Miami and absorbed the cost. Again- FIVE STAR service. We were impressed. This was a week ago and AutoNation Clearwater has not returned our calls or even let us know what the inspection report said. I’m incredibly disappointed by their lack of follow- through from their commitment to service.

Oil change and tire rotation +

Jacob had his guys change my oil and rotate the tires. He also saw that a recall on my vehicle hadn’t been done. They sent me a video showing me and explaining what they inspected. They also vacuumed and washed my truck and shined the tires. All in all I have not been disappointed ever taking my two vehicles to Autonation

Clearwater Lincoln Gulf to Bay

Buying process took 4 hours with no loan. Bought a new Corsair, 6 months later would not start. Had to be towed in. When you buy they say they will pick up and deliver for service. They would not return it since it was towed. I had to Uber there. Poor quality vehicle, hood shimmies when on the highway. Took it in and they said that is the way they are. Automatic transmission that feels like a stick shift when in Excite mode. Traded it in after 9 months and lost 11k. It had 4k miles on it.

Fixed my 2011 Lincoln

My Lincoln needed some major repairs. I was kept informed on every step by video and explanations. My car needed to have the engine replaced. The cost for this was more than the value of the car, but we went ahead with it anyway, because this car still looks almost new and we couldn’t find a replacement for that repair cost. AutoNation gave me a new Lincoln Nautilus to drive while working on my car, so I didn’t care how long it would take. I picked up my car yesterday. It feels like new. Jacob and the rest of the staff at the service center couldn’t have been nicer or more courteous and I believe they have completed a top notch repair.
