The negotiations on my trade in and new vehicle were easy and respectful. Shawn was so nice to deal with. He kept me informed of the status of my new build thru out the process. Shawn also made sure I had a brand new rental Jeep when my Jeep had to come back in two weeks after receiving it. I really enjoyed working with Shawn.
