Awful Vehicle Service

This dealership overcharges and tries to take advantge of customers. My son brought his car in due to a service light being on. After running a diagnostic test it came back that the PCV valve needed replacement. Something I figured out just by how my son described it. We had no other choice but to get that fixed since my son was going to be driving home to MA. We also paid for a tune up to be done and a multi point inspection was also performed. It was noticed that the front brakes needed to be done which we decided to have done here in MA at a local dealership that I happen to be friends with the Service Manager. We were informed by our friend that the front left tie rod was in dier need of being replaced. This is something that can be seen by the naked eye while checking the brakes and should be checked if a multi point inspection was truly done. Also found was that the transmission mounting bushings are worn right off and need immediate attention. Once again this should have been noted on the multi point inspection and was not. There were a few other findings that aren't as serious and none of the findings needed tools, dissasembly or a computer to be diagnosed. All in all I would rate the service Poor to Dangerous.
