Terrible experience

Terrible sales experience. Went in to make a deal, left with decent offer after 2 hours of haggling. Called back two days later to complete deal and no one remembers the offer. The sales manger all but called me a liar. Bought my Rubicon 2 weeks later from honest dealership.

Aggressive, High Pressure, Intimidating Sales Tactics

My husband and I went to this dealership here to look for a small SUV. The sales person was unable to answer any of our questions but diligently trailed us around the lot. She came with us on a test drive and had us take a prescribed route. We weren't especially interested but she insisted we come inside for a price. We were left sitting for quite a while with no explanation. We were about to leave when she returned she gave us a price, we thanked her for her 'help' and began to leave. At this point she became extremely aggressive. We repeatedly told her we weren't ready to buy that day but she insisted that if we weren't ready to buy we wouldn't be there! We again started to leave when we were confronted by a large man who stood with his hands on his hips, glared at us and asked 'What's the trouble here?' as if we were causing some sort of problem. He then began a high pressure sales pitch which was exactly the same as the girl's. We had tried to be polite but at this point we just got up and left. We are in our 60's and have dealt with many car sales people over the years but have never experienced anything like this.

Decent family owned dealership

This is my 2nd time buying a car here. The place is small, but the staff is good. They were helpfull and made my purchase easy. I would buy there again, and would tell folks I know to check it out.

High pressure

Went to look at a new Jeep Liberty. Miserable sales experience overall. Salesperson would not let us drive the vehicle on any other route other than their predetermined one. Salesperson did not know many of the features of the vehicle nor how the 4x4 system worked. Wanted us to purchase one off the lot, even though we told him that they did not have the color or trim level that we wanted. He wouldn't stop hounding us to buy something until we literally got in our car and left.
