I went in knowing I wanted a bigger car but not knowing exactly what I wanted. Rodney the salesman was able to pick out a few different cars and estimate how much each payment would be without running my credit. Eventually to get approved they ran my credit but it was great knowing an estimated amount I would be looking at. Finally I decided and I was able to get the car I wanted and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Rodney and Kent County Motors!!

Buyer beware! If you want to buy a used car at a stereotypical "used car dealer" this is the place to go! I bought a newer used truck from them a few weeks ago with a known issue that I discovered on the test drive but still agreed to buy the truck because they gave me a written guarantee they would fix it no matter what. That turned out to be worthless and $900 later Winner Ford fixed my truck and they called Kent County Motors who said go ahead and fix it and we will pay the customers back, that didn't happen. I should've been concerned when I bought the truck they were really pressuring me to get a loan through a bank that they were getting kickbacks from and I said no I like my bank they treat me good and I'm a loyal customer and they basically called me stupid for not wanting to save money, that should've been my first clue they have have no idea about customer loyalty or what it means to have repeat customers. My father in law was actually looking at buying a truck here but after this fiasco he will definitely go somewhere else to avoid the headaches, lies, and games!
