Ana at Hoffman Honda was excellent to work and was able to quickly locate the new Honda Passport we wanted. We were very happy with the deal on both the new car and our trade in. Everyone we dealt with at Hoffman Honda during the process was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I purchased a car from Hoffman Motorsports and the car has been in the shop most of the time. They don’t call back, it the sales rep nor the service center. Do not buy from this company

Service was easy to schedule. Could get crv within days of request. Worked with Kristina, service advisor from previous visits. Kristina was in touch with me shorty after crv taken in. Confirmed my service request. Kristina had checked crv’s prior service record to inform me that something I was requesting done had recently been performed. All work performed in tinely manner

Efficient and positive service staff.

Very efficient in terms of standard service and vehicle recall matters. Currently dealing with an issue with Garmin navigation system updates, which is also an issue for the dealership which is awaiting resolution. I appreciate that they are pursuing a good resolution rather than just trying solutions which could possibly cause a bigger problem.

I really enjoyed my recent (in mid-July) sales experience working with Simon K. & Kim of the Hoffman Auto Group. Simon was fantastic in giving me a great deal for the 2023 Honda Civic I am now driving. They were both extremely professional and friendly in keeping me updated as to when I could pick up the auto. Overall, it was a great customer experience on my part. As for the 2023 Honda Civic, a truly is a thing of beauty it certainly is wider than its predecessor, and it has so many practical and entertaining features within. Civics have come such a long way from what they used to be many, many moons ago. They are very much sedans today. Again, thank you to Simon and Kim for the great customer service you both provided. And thank you as well for delivering me a classy and a very practical car. Much appreciated, Hoffman Honda Auto Group.

Find Simon! You want someone that is all about the customer and has your best interest. He is not about selling extra products and squeezing more money out of his customers. Stand up guy and really does his best to make sure you get the car you need. Hondas sell themselves and are great cars. A person to sell you a Honda, give you the best offer they can, and make sure you are not taken advantage of is a rare find! Hoffman Honda should give this man a raise and a promotion! I will only recommend this Honda dealership if Simon is there!

A Bright New World!

I just leased our 10th Honda CRV from Hoffman Honda. This experience was unlike any previous lease experience…In the past we’d agree on the down payment and which model I wanted. We then would go up up to the top of the hill and I’d pick out the color from a vast array of onsite options and the car would be prepped and ready for delivery in a day or two. With the current lack of available inventory the time from decision to delivery was weeks and weeks not days. We agreed on the new lease with Ana Gremli who did a great job in describing the “new normal” and what lay ahead. Ana’s communication skills were even more evident as the the weeks went by… she regularly communicated that the vehicle ETA had not yet been determined, and when it finally was it was in the form of a span of four possible days. Ana continued to stay in touch and kept us fully informed until we took delivery last week. In what could have been a frustrating experience turned out to be just the opposite because Ana’s communication skills shined throughout the entire process! Thanks Ana!

Today I worked with Jenny who is absolutely fantastic! I have also worked with Christina who is also absolutely wonderful!!. I feel like those two are my automotive daughters 😎 Without question, Hoffman Honda is the best. And those two young ladies are fantastic. 👍🇺🇸

Just purchased a brand new Honda CR-V EX L with navigation from Hoffman Honda, Simsbury, CT. Believe it or not -NO HAGGLING at all! I did most of my research online. When I called I was put in touch with Michael Cutrone. He is the greatest sales person I have ever met. He was not intrusive at all. He heard patiently what I wanted. He asked few questions. Later he called me with the quote, which beat every other place I have been to. After that it was a breeze. I was given a fair deal in my trade in. Working with Tom in their Finance dept was also great. Got good terms for the vehicle loan. Picked up the car after 24 hours. Mike really explained the feature very well. He synced my phone with the car. (There is serious amount of new tech in this car). All in all it was a great experience with Hoffman Honda. They have wonderful staff and a completely non pressure environment. Highly recommended. I single out Mike Cutrone for his clear and yet non -pressure manner of communication. Bobby Jaswal

Ive visited several dealerships and Hoffman Honda was one of my last on the list. Every dealership had same story, fixed price and wasn't willing to work with me at all. However, walking into Hoffman Honda I felt very welcomed and every single person there was welcoming. Their sales person Corey Jimenez went out of his way to help me get into a new car. They gave me best trade in value and honestly what these guys did was above and beyond anything I've ever seen. I would strongly recommend this dealership to everyone. If you want to be treated like a family then you need to visit Hoffman Honda.
