I worked with Bob Orris to negotiate the purchase of a used S5. As an out of state buyer, via voicemail and e-mail, we settled on an 'out the door tax included' price. When I drove 100 miles to complete the transaction and pick up the car, the General Manager, Stephen Gilligan would not honor the price. The dealership added sales tax on top of the previously agreed upon price. I was offered $250 for my inconvenience. I was told the salesman was new and a contract is not a contract until both parties sign.

I was very impressed with William Morales, my sales person. From him, to the sales manager, Roseanne, to Victoria in the finance office, to the general manager, Steve, I have nothing but positive things to say about my entire buying experience. I test drove several models of Audi as well as Mercedes and BMW. The Audi certainly delivered more car for the dollar and these individuals each delivered more service, professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness than any other dealership I visited. Audi of Wallingford tries hard to earn your business and it's not just a slogan, these people really mean it. I would have no reluctance at all to recommend William to anyone who might be interested in an Audi. He as well as everyone I've dealt with at Audi of Wallingford all have earned five stars!

Greg did an excellent job to find a used CPO that worked for me. Very good at making the process as seamless as possible as well as the most informative experience. Honest and a great source of answers for all my questions even after the sale. Highly recommended!

We visited Audi of Wallingford during our search for a new car, after visits to several other dealers, and this was by far the best experience. William Morales was friendly, polite, helpful and extremely knowledgable about the cars. All our questions were answered clearly and thoroughly. Roseanne Vece gave us a very good trade in-value on our BMW X5, as well as pricing on the Audi Q5, which we purchased. The process from start to finish was very professional and efficient. We were always made comfortable while awaiting paperwork or assistance. And we love the car!

Our experience with this dealership has been great. We live our new A6. Raj took the time to show us all of the features on the car and is even coming to our house to help program the garage door opener. Can't ask for getter service.

William M. was extremely welcoming and friendly. He was not pushy at all and took the time to understand what type of vehicle and price point I was interested in. Within a couple of hours, I had the perfect vehicle for me and within a week I was able to drive off the lot, but not before he spent significant time going through every operational function and feature my car had. I have only had my car five days and I could not be happier with the overall Audi experience I received at Audi of Wallingford. I look forward to the coming years with my Q5 and continuing to receive the service and friendliness when I come there for maintenance!
