I was greeted by our salesman Jordan who was happy and eager answer all my questions and under stand my needs. Once I made the decision to move forward, the purchasing process was smooth and efficient. No hidden fees or surprises and complete transparency. What stood out to me was the overall level of customer service even after the deal was completed. Awesome dealership to buy a car, sales team worked hard to get me what I wanted and walked me through the whole process with ease. They worked hard and fast to obtain the specific color/model car I wanted from another dealership in the state. The saleswoman Natalie was a pleasure to work with, and explained everything in detail. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car!

I had a wonderful experience with finding a new car to lease at Modern Mazda. I came in just looking to see what they had to offer, but Jose Medina was able to get me an amazing lease deal, so that I could start driving the car I love! The customer service was great and they got the exact car that I wanted. I am so happy with it so far.

We purchased a new used CX-5 last week, from Sales Consultant Natalie Asarisi. She was awesome to work with and didn't rush us at all in the process of making a decision. We made the right decision to travel one hour to Modern Mazda to purchase our SUV. From the moment we walked in the door, every employee we encountered made us feel welcome. We love our Mazda CX-5! Great Sales Representative

I enjoyed walking into a dealership being promptly greeted and assigned a sales person. We were assigned Kim who we told what wanted and within five minutes Kim showed us the CX3 which was too small. However, Kim recommended the CX5 which was larger in size. After, test driving the car and selecting a red color which was in stock we made the decision to purchase! Kim was a great sales person who put us ease and made us feel good about our purchase.

I just purchased my second Mazda with Modern Mazda. I brought the Mazda I bought with them back in 2017 to trade in. There is a reason I went back: they do not gouge prices, they are a CPO seller, and I’ve never felt pressured or stressed when shopping or buying with them. This time I worked with Steve Duffy, who stayed late with me and my husband to make sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision after we left. He communicated with me via email and phone afterward to negotiate, and ultimately I have a new CPO Mazda and have had my second successful and pleasant buying experience with this dealership. Definitely recommend. Shoutout to the service department, as well. I had a small, warranty-covered issue shortly after buying and they got my car in quickly, were communicative by text throughout the repair process — even sending me a video of my car — and I couldn’t be happier. Always a great experience here. Thanks!

just traded in my CX5 lease for a brand new CX50 ! I am so happy with my purchase and Jordan was so great to work with ! I always feel so welcomed there like we are truly family and friends ! They really do take great care of their customers! I HIGHLY recommend working with Jordan , he was so helpful and knowledgeable, really just felt like I was hanging out with a friend , all together awesome experience! I just love Mazdas :)

We just bought our second Mazda at Modern Mazda. We had the pleasure to have Natalie Asarisi assist us through the selection and purchase process. She was very knowledgeable of the differences among the different Mazda models, as well as the fine details of the various trim levels. Natalie was able to address all of our questions and made it easier for us to make our decision. She provided a warm and personal orientation to the set-up and operation of our new CX-5, spending all the time we needed. I would highly recommend Natalie for a great car-buying experience!

New Car under Stressful Situation

We had a great experience with Jordan and the ModernMazda team in an emergency. Took our old Mazda in and at 5pm it was clear it had died. Jordan was sitting at his cubicle, and I asked - so, "what do you have on your lot" and Jordan sprang into action with humor and dexterity!. We looked at the selection, he balanced our needs with us, back and forth, and just led us to a good car in no time. Made the deal and after a few days it is clear we got the right car in the right situation. Comfortable and relaxed sale in a stressful time. Many thanks.
