Very Disappointed With This Dealership

Currently we own 3 Nissan's and have for years had our cars serviced at this dealership. The first disappointment came after we leased an Altima, (from this dealership) and after driving it for approximately a month the casing on the outside mirror flew off while on the Long Island Expressway. When I presented at the Service department I was told that I would be responsible for paying for it even though there was so sign of misuse or damage. The service Manager was not very nice and would not budge for a $25.00 part. We paid. Last Saturday morning I waited in line for 40 minutes to get in early for an oil change for our Rogue. When Shawn, the Service Advisor asked for our information I was advised that since we did not purchase this particular vehicle from their dealership they could not accomodate me for an oil change. We have been customers of this service department for over ten years. This meant nothing to them. When I asked to speak to a Manager I was told there were none on the premises and I would need to move my car. A short time earlier I had noticed the Finance Manager walking in so I went to the showroom and approached him. He saw how upset I was but didn't seem to care. He simply asked me why I hadn't purchased this particular vehicle from them. When I advised George that we were able to purchase it cheaper elsewhere he simply shrugged his shoulders and replied, "Well you sacraficed service for price". There are no signs posted indicating that service will only be rendered for walk in appointments if you purchased the car from them. I had called the day before to confirm that they were still open on Saturday mornings and I was told they were. No one advised me that the car needed to be purchased from them. I believe that under the circumstances, (our family having a long service history, waiting in line, and no visable sign anywhere indicating their service policy) I should have been accomodated and then advised that they could no longer accomodate me for walk in appointments since the car was not purchased from them. In my opinion George and Shawn could both use a little customer service training. We will never even consider purchasing from this dealer again.
