I bought a certified pre-owed VW from Paul Leninger and William Coppola that has body damage on the rocker panel that was missed by the certifying inspection. Despite numerous calls, leaving the car with them overnight and repeated reassurance that they will fix it has been 1 month and they have not fixed it yet. This is the 2nd and last car I will buy from this dealership.

Eleanor DuPaul made this the best car sales experience I have ever had. She was very knowledgeable, listened to what I was saying, and found a vehicle that perfectly fit my needs. I would definitely go back to both her and the dealership again.
