Visiting from Michigan, it was very clean. The waiting room was very nice. The service advisor explained everything to us. The only thing I would say that’s negative is that it took about a half an hour longer than what we were promised.

Fast and efficient

It is easy to schedule a service appointments online. The team member I had was very understanding and consistent with what I came in for. While leaving my car at the dealer, I did ask for a courtesy car since I have to be at work . While they worked on my car . Mike (service member) gave me a courtesy call to let me know what was going on with the car and a video walk through. I really appreciate Mike and the Mazda of Milford service team .

When I took my vehicle in for Service, they knew I was waiting for it. They put extra guys on the job so it would be done earlier than anticipated. They also offered me a vehicle. Every time is a good experience. They treat me like family. I can't wait to buy an electric vehicle from them. Thanks.

Although it was my first service on the vehicle and it was covered by the dealership as part of the agreement of buying the vehicle the process was a breeze. Dropped my car off, took a beautiful loaner, went back at lunch and picked up my nice clean car. I hope they continue to be this good...

It was a very pleasant experience and they actually fixed my issue with flickering headlights when you use the brake, which was a known issue. It is good to be driving without the headlights like that. Very timely service and polite.
