I recently purchase BMW X3 2018 from New Country BMW, Hartford CT. I am more than satisfied with the customer service offered by the staff. Client Advisor Grace Ramos Artunduaga and General Manager did their BEST to offer us the great price which was unbeatable. I admire the dedication, time and energy staff has put, just to make sure we are leaving with Happy Faces. They explained each & every thing in detail. Kudos to the New Country BMW team. Long way to go!!

I visited the dealership in search of a new BMW to replace my current one. They will not receive my business nor will I recommend them to anyone due to the following: - Zero assistance from staff - I had to chase down a salesman in a BMW dealership, even then he was not interested in my business. He waived me in the direction of the cars to look at, and disappeared - Completley disorganized construction site There are plenty of other BMW dealerships I would recommend before this one.

Honestly I had a great experience with New Country BMW sales. I did my homework and frankly wasted some time shopping around. Everyone at the dealership, including Seth, Jeremy, Lou, and Bob went out of the way to really make me feel at home at New Country. They were patient, got to know me as a person and made it so much more than merely a car purchase. They followed up both before and after the purchase to help answer questions and make the process as transparent as possible. I cannot say enough good things about the dealership, the management and all other individuals that I have come into contact with in the last couple months. Seriously, you can shop around but at the end of the day, this is the dealership where you want to do business!!

So, we have purchased two BMWs through Steven Rothman at New Country BMW. The first was July 2015 and now June 2016. Steven was a delight to work with both times. In 2015 we had no experience purchasing a high end vehicle. Steven took a lot of time and care to make the experience work well for us. This most recent occasion....same experience. Nothing taken for granted by him. Full attention to all details....understanding what we were looking, test drive feedback, purchasing experience and finally delivery. All exceptional experiences with the first two criteria, understanding and feedback, perhaps the most redeeming qualities of the sales experience. Simply stated, if you want/need a terrific sales rep and you are looking for a high end car this is the guy and this is the place to go.

When it comes to car dealerships the words relaxing and trust are not things that typically come to mind. My experience at New Country BMW was actually relaxing and fun and I had trust my client advisor, Steven Rothman. It took me a couple visits to figure out what I wanted and I test drove at least 4 different models. Throughout the process no one ever hassled me to buy. Steven looked out for my interests and gave me a great deal on a new BMW 428i lease. Everyone I encounter at New Country BMW is always friendly, courteous, and available to help. If you are looking for a new or used BMW, New Country is the place to go. They know their product and understand their customers. Two of my family members also purchased cars from Steven Rothman.

I have always been impressed with this dealership's service and the acquisition of my new, leased vehicle was no different. The dealership is run very professionally, is spotless and everyone is courteous and friendly. Our salesman, Steven Rothman was obviously experienced and made the lease smooth and swift! We walked in that morning with our old vehicle and drove off that afternoon with our brand new 2015 lease. The whole process was absolutely painless. I know from experience the service for this vehicle will be just as easy and very convenient. I am very pleased with my experiences at NewCountry BMW of Hartford and would never hesitate to tell friends and family to visit Steven if they are looking for a new car or to make an appointment with service for their BMW. I once again dealt with Steven Rothman, a tremendous asset to the organization. No hassles, quick and no surprises. And no pressure at all. I was prepared with all my internet data but it wasn't necessary. The price was very fair right from the start. I bought a BMW 340i. The engine is very powerful. The test drive convinced me.

This was the third vehicle I have bought from New Country BMW in the last 9 yearsand although I have other dealerships closer to where I live I always return as I am impressed by their professionalism, courtesy and post-sales service. Prior to my lease expiring I was contacted and reminded on a few occasions of my options. I never felt pressurized in any way. Last weekend a week prior to my lease expiry I visited the dealership for a pre-arranged appointment be the sales executive. He had the two cars I was looking at ready to drive and a few hours later I had made the decision. He collected me from my office at the pre-arranged time on Monday and the remainder of the process went very smoothly as I sorted out the financing and an hour later I was driving offf in my gleaming BMW.

This is my second car from New Country. I can't imagine going elsewhere. Murray Mendro was recommended to me as a salesperson & I'm so thankful he was. He was very patient with my multiple test drives and made me feel I was his only priority each time. His guidance was key to my decision on the right model for me. You can tell he enjoys working with people, and you can trust him to be honest and straightforward, and that was one of my biggest concerns when starting my car shopping. Not to sound cliché, but he goes above and beyond. The day before picking up my new car, I was having trouble removing one of the license plates that I was transferring. He came to my house that night to take care of it! Who does that? Great guy!! And really good at what he does. The whole process was a breeze start to finish. Thank you Murray & thank you New Country BMW.

I have purchased 4 new BMW's from Seth Falco and New Country BMW and could not be happier. Seth is the very best at working with me when I am in the market and makes for a simple and easy buying experience. There is NO question that both Seth and his management (both the GM/Sales Mgr) are awesome at customer service. These folks are second to NONE when buying a car and I am not kidding. It is straight forward and refreshing, which is why i keep coming back. I won't buy from anyone else and I won't buy a different brand other than BMW.

Seth was extremely kind and personable to my wife and I. He worked hard to make us satisfied with our BMW trade in and got us into our 2012 certified 335i XDrive 6 spd - M-Package, white exterior with red interrior. This is my dreamcar within my budget. Seth and Bob both worked for us for a comfortable financing payment/apr and out the door that day! I didn't feel like Seth was a salesman - instead I felt like he was a friend I have known for years looking out for me and to help make a dream of mine a reality. - Thank you Seth & hope all is well with you and your family. Don't go to any other BMW dealership! I've never had a more positive experience. I always felt stressed and nervous walking in but working with Cory & Seth was fantastic. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. These guys just made me feel at ease and comfortable with buying a new car. I would recommend either gentlemen if you go in here.

Great Deall at New Country BMW

I am a first time BMW owner and really enjoyed my experience with the New Country team. I have leased more vehicles then I can remember so I am very familiar with the process. My CA Steven R. was very patient with me considering I like to get into the process of going back and forth. Like most people my goal is to get the best deal possible. Steven worked with me to get that best deal even though it can be a painful process. My order was a 10 week process and Steven provided me with helpful information to track my car from Germany. The delivery process was awesome; I am a software guy and was impressed with Steven's ability to understand all of the technology with my new 2014 3er GT. Off to finance where I bypass all of the extras. Sometimes you get unnecessary push or pressure, but not here, very comfortable and understanding. Overall I loved my experience with New Country; I would recommend to anyone and will mostly be back for another BMW in 35 months.
