Rome will give you the shaft!

by Got Scammed by Rome on 01/19/2020

From the sales to the managers to the owner they are looking to screw you out of your money. Anything goes, the sales people lie as easy as they breath. His TV ads are "do your job" because he sucks at his and his sales and gm do too. They cut corners and you will pay far more in the long run. Avoid at all cost, there are so many better options than them.

Helpful and easy

by JohnCos5 on 04/04/2016

My wife and I were looking for a new car and came down to 2. Kia Sorrento and Toyota Rava4. Spending time with GM Dave Nathan as my wife took car for test drive , he sat me down and explained every detail of pricing to give us the best deal possible. My wife came back from test drive and really liked car. Another simple 30 mins talking with Dave and sales Mike Robare, they had a car sold. It was a very comfortable experience for us and looking forward to having Jerry Rome of Kia part of our family. John and Judy C

Dealership poorly run and dishonest

by dianeb6 on 06/28/2013

An overall unpleasant experience. You can get a fair price from them, if you've done all your homework on price and incentives first. But, they will try ever trick in the slimy salesman handbook before they give up and accept your offer. Lots of waiting around for managers. It took hours to get a the deal done. Then it took 24 days for them to complete the transfer of title and registration. Yes, I said 24 days, not hours. During the 3+ weeks they put an additional 500 miles on the car all while telling me the never drive cars they've sold to customers. Honestly, this place isn't worth the hassle. If I was Gary Rome, I'd be embarrassed to have my name on this [non-permissible content removed] outfit.

Too long

by 12planes on 06/30/2011

Saleman was very nice. Price I paid was more than was presented by saleman. The process was way to long . Had to do a lot of waiting. I got no bargan & this was a special sale. I almost backed out buying during the signing of paper work. Didn't but should have.

Bad Service

by emtgirl on 01/05/2008

I called and told them my price range, was told they had a vehicle in stock within my range. I got there, test drove the vehicle and then when we sat down was told the car was actually $1000 higher than my range. The sales guy acted like he didn't know that I wanted everything (tax, title fees and registration) included in the sale price even though I said this over the phone......Long story short, the manager raised the price $1300 more to buy the vechicle than what I had actually been lured to the dealership for in the first place. I was lied to over the phone to get me to come in and see the car, then they tried to raise the price on me. I would rate their customer service a 0 out of 10.
