I had a great experience at this dealership and was able to purchase exactly what we wanted for a good price. Terrice was fantastic! He listened, explained, moved the process along, and we ended up with our car the same day. Really great experience.

This was my first time financing a car and Angel Diaz was awesome in helping me find a car within my budget. Also explaing all the different features & functions the car had. He was helpful with answering all my questions and concerns. Mike Singer was also a pleasure to do business with. No pressure in trying to sell me all the products. He explained them to me but I didnt feel any pressure or discomfort. They both were great!!!!😊

I trades in my Gmc Acadia here for a Kia sorento. The staff was great. Mario and Howie were very helpful. I got more for my trade here than anywhere else was offering. They were extremely helpful and personable. We live about an hour away and i would make the drive again anyday to purchase from them again!

Anthony Diaz...what a nice guy to deal with! Anthony took my call, listened to my problem and helped me get into a new KIA Optima for about the cost of my old car--with maintenance packages included. He didn't pressure me, treated me with the utmost respect and made sure I and my future bride were very happy with the car chosen. And he got the car delivered on the spot, too! All staff at this garage were exceptionally nice. You won't find anyone here who is pushy or rude. If you need a car, go see Anthony at KIA of EH. You won't be sorry!

I have bought many new cars. I have to say that Kia of East Hartford was the most painless experience I have ever had. Very good customer service. Only bad thing was that the car didn't have the cargo accessories that were on the sticker price, but upon my discovering this they immediately brought them out to me.
