Normally when I walk into a dealership, I find it off-putting and uncomfortable, dealing with Hoffman Lexus was a very pleasant and smooth purchasing experience. My sales associate Steve made me comfortable from the first handshake, his demeanor and no pressure approach were a welcome change from my past car buying experiences (none of which were Lexus). Charif was also a pleasure to deal with, and also very easy to negotiate what I consider to be a fair price for both my trade and the vehicle I purchased. Al in finance did a great job at crunching numbers with me to find a payment that suited my budget. I left a happy customer and would recommend Hoffman Lexus to anyone who asked. I have a Lexus dealer much closer to me, but chose to drive to Hoffman due to online pricing, and reviews from previous customers

I came in for a scheduled oil change for the first time at this location. (Hoffman Lexus in East Hartford) I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who led me to Jocelyn Vincent who took care of me! She took my information and explained everything thoroughly down to the wait time. She then offers me a complimentary lunch!! I was totally surprised! All I could think was, WOW this is some service. After she gathered my information, she led me to the waiting area which had tea, coffee, water and an espresso/latte maker. To top it off I was able to sit in one of the many comfortable reclining chairs. Once my car was ready, I was then escorted to my car by Jocelyn and was sent off with a warm goodbye. I will definitely be back for this wonderful yet personable experience all in the name of an oil change. Thank you Jocelyn at Hoffman Lexus you get 10 out of 10 in my book. You Rock!!

When I walked into the dealership for my appointment, I was greeted by Peregrin Phillip, who ended up being the sales associate that I worked with to purchase my car. He was professional, courteous and personable. While I didn't purchase a Lexus - the manufacturer he's most familiar with - he was still willing and able to help me learn more about the car, get any of my questions answered and my concerns addressed promptly and effectively. When considering purchasing a new or used car from Hoffman Lexus, I suggest you request Mr. Phillip as the person to work with. I was also appreciative of his willingness to communicate with me any time, day or night, whenever I had a question or needed a status update on the car. The terrific service didn't end there. Once Peregrin and I had formalized our deal over a handshake (and a deposit on the car), transitioning over to the "finance manager" to draft up the terms and complete the sale - Peter Quagliaroli, was a great experience. Mr. Quagliaroli was not only able to provide me with answers to all of my financial questions, he provided me with a level of peace of mind about my purchase that I've never experienced at another dealership. You're always taking a bit of a gamble when buying used, but Peter made me feel confident in my decision by stressing the value and level of service I could expect as a Hoffman Lexus customer should an issue with my vehicle ever arise. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with my Hoffman Lexus experience and suggest you consider Hoffman Lexus for your next automobile purchase.

Matt Louis did a phenomenal job showcasing the Lexus IS I was interested in. I knew every feature of the vehicle before I made my decision thanks to him. They worked with me on price and found the exact model/specs I was looking for. Al Ramos was a bit salesy with the add ons(warranties, simoniz etc) during the closing but overall was very good to work with. I could not be more impressed with the dealership as a whole. Hoffman Lexus has gained a lifelong customer.

I am writing to compliment Mark Pfahler, the most delightful young man who recently helped us purchase our new Lexus at Hoffman Lexus. Now many people would think that the terms “delightful” and “car salesman” in the same sentence would seem like an oxymoron, but that was certainly not the case here. Mark greeted us with a smile, and all throughout our interaction with him he was genuinely friendly, caring, poised and professional. And may I add that he is also a very good person. As customers, we were quite picky, but this left Mark undaunted. Mark is most definitely a “people person.” This comes across in his attitude, and his style of salesmanship made the experience so enjoyable I wish we could go back tomorrow and buy another car from him, and another and another. I will recommend Mark to all of my friends who are in the market for a new car and a pleasant experience. I bought a certified pre-owned Lexus in June . My sales consultant, Bill Jones, used no pressure tactics. I looked at other cars and returned satisfied it was a great deal. He quickly arranged for some repairs to the body and even replaced the batteries in the key remote. Upon delivery, he went through the entire operation of the car. Even after the sale, he quickly returned my calls when I had questions. I will look no further than Hoffman Lexus and Bill Jones when I buy my next car, and have already referred friends and family.
