Avoid this dealership nothing but lies and deception

Our family and friends had purchase 4 new cars from Wile Hyundai in the past 3 years well luckily none of those vehicles had delivery issues . So in early March at night I purchased a brand new 2015 Elantra come to find out it had been loaned out for a entire day and had 109 miles on it I liked the color and options and it was all cleared of snow . I purchased it that night and brought it back the next morning for cleaning after cleaning I noticed several deep scratches on the front fender and bumper and also a crease in the lower rocker panel they claimed that I creased the rocker panel ! I brought the car back 1 week later for gas and to have the nicks and scratches repaired well the touch up job was terrible and they couldn't get the scratches out ! They said they did the best they could and that they no longer have a body shop ! Also I never received my floor mats even though they were listed on the window sticker . On the purchase agreement paperwork they list window etching as a $189.00 option and I said that I did not want it but of course the windows were already done so I had to pay for it ! Also I was talked into gap insurance for $750.00 and after some research found a better deal for only $200.00 so I wanted to opt out of their plan and they said that I could not . If you read the fine print on the contract you have 60 days to cancel and you are entitled to a 100% refund so they lied about that ! So I wrote a letter and gave it to the business manager stating that I wanted to opt out she said that she would submit it to the insurance company for my refund . Well 48 days went by and I decided to call the gap insurance company and see why I hadn't received my refund they said that they never received my cancelation letter from Wile so another lie ! If the fact that my family has purchased several vehicles from Wile previously means nothing as far as customer satisfaction goes this dealership should be avoided !

Great Experience Buying Beautiful Sonata!

This was my first time buying at Wile and I will recommend all my friends to buy here. The dealership was a pleasure to do business with. Jeff M was friendly, supportive and never pushy. They went the extra mile to ensure we found the right vehicle for our family. The sales and service professionals have a small-town charm that is hard to find anymore. You can stop looking, you've found the right dealership.

Buying Used

Our online search for a particular type of used car led us to Wile Motors. I called and spoke with Jeff in sales who quickly handled our request for an early morning test drive the next day and then later that day a last minute request for an extended overnight test drive. Our purchase was handled perfectly. Some things were offered (extended warranty) that we declined and we were not pressured at all. Thanks to all the friendly people we met at Wile.

I have purchased most of my vehicles from this dealer for the past 30 years. (Oldsmobile, Pontiac and I recently purchased my first Hyundai and am very pleased. The salesman Jeff M was helpful and not pushy at all. The staff involved in my transaction were extremely professional. Wile is a great place to do business with.

I recently purchased a Ford Escape from Wile Hyundai, and thanks to all the help and great service the process was painless and quick! Jeff M helped me find the perfect vehicle for me, and he really did take the headache out of the whole process! I was able to view the vehicle that same day, and pick it up the following day! He even offered to come in on his day off to help me finish the process and pick up my vehicle. This is the kind of service that will make me return to Wile Hyundai in the future, and am very thankful that I went to them this time! I highly recommend this dealership and Jeff M to anyone who is looking to make the car buying experience as simply and painless as possible!

Entering a car dealership can be overwhelming at times. You never know if you're going to get a good deal, you worry if you're doing the right thing. I've had many bad experiences over the years. Speaking with Jeff M today & going into Wile Hyundai tonite was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Everybody was really down to earth and easy to deal with. I would definately recommend this dealer to friends & family ~ Can't wait to pick up my new car tomorrow!!!!! THANK YOU!!

My wife and I recently bought a used Santa Fe from Wile and it was a great experience. Our salesman was Jeff M and he was great to deal with, not pushy, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its features and he promptly returned any calls we made to him. Our finance guy, Dan, was just as easy to deal with. He explained the extended warrantee very clearly which we declined and that was it, no hard sell which is a huge turnoff. If you want an pleasant experience and a great deal when buying a car, make the drive to Wili and ask for Jeff!

Best car sales experience ever so we returned to buy a second. Reps who didn't even sell to us (Todd) brought coffee and balloons for the baby to play with. They made everything work out within a very limited budget and did not try to upsell or treat us with any less courtesy than if we had bought the top-of-the-line model. When our car didn't start after church one day, a sales rep (Jesse) came to pick us up in the parking lot- within 15 minutes of calling. They brought a car-seat ready loaner and a good deal of comfort and support. Jeff was a no-pressure support through both of our sales and only showed us things which he knew would interest us. Anthony oversaw the process both times and worked out a great deal with a fabulous warranty and a payment we could handle. Would recommend to anyone.

On line bid process was excellent. I sent inquiries to four other Hyundai dealers, Wile provided first, best, most complete and accurate quote. The dealer is a bit out of the way, but worth the trip. No surprises when picking up car. Yes, they did try to sell the additional fabric protection, extended warranty, etc., but a simple 'no' ended the discussion.

I went into the dealer on a sunday afternoon and was greeted by a down to earth salesman. He answered my questions and gave me his card without any jazz or pressure I told him I was not ready to purchase a car yet and he stated he would be their tohelp when I decide I was ready. About a week went by and I returned for a test drive and was very suprised that I was allowed to sign a car out with my wife without a high pressure salsman riding along. We didn't care the way the car drove and wanted to test out a second model. The dealer was very willing to allow us to go out again with out them. That was the best thing they could do because we loved the car and I was ready to talk buying. When we went into the offices we talked about the price and using edmunds on line price index and deal notes we were able to get a great deal from them. The owner was there and made our experience feel like we had known him our whole life it was great. I will buy from them again.

Please beware of this dealership. It is very small and employs approximately 6 salesmen. When negotiating or purchasing a car, they all work as a team against you and will try every tactic possible to take advantage of you. If you decide to visit, remember everything you are told and if possible write it all down or record it. I just bought a car from these [violative content deleted] and in the process caught them in numerous lies. The problem was that one person would tell me one thing and then another would tell me something totally different. They tried to double back on the agreed price and then hike up the interest rate and extended warranty to recoup their minimal loss. The only reason I didn't walk out and actually bought the car was that they came down to my price. (albeit kicking and screaming). If you must buy a car here, take the necessary precautions so that you don't get bullied or conned. The manager and ringleader is Jesus Rivera, he will surely be involved in your experience. He and his [violative content deleted] sales staff's entire goal is to rob you blind...so again, please beware.

I purchased a 2006 Sonata with 15k miles from Wile Hyundai in December 2006. With 30k miles on the vehicle, the transmission went. Luckily it was covered by the warranty. However, I ran a Car Fax vehicle history report after the service (I wish I had done this before my purchase) and learned that the vehicle was previously a rental car. That was not disclosed to me by my salesman. So the first 15k of the vehicle's life was spent getting abused as a rental. It took 4 voicemessages and 2 weeks to finally talk with the Sales Manager. He was not surprised that my vehicle was originally a rental. In fact, he stated that Wile routinely sells rentals. I told him that I never would have purchased the car if I had known the facts. He told me he'd call me back in a day to discuss a resolution. I tried calling him two times since then. I never heard back from him. So if you're looking for a gently-used Sonata from a dealer that stresses customer satisfaction, I'd stay away from purchasing your vehicle from Wile Hyundai.
