Had the most incredible experience buying a new car at Crowley Kia in Bristol! It was such a pleasure to do business at a car dealership with integrity. A business is only as good as it's employees and this business far exceeded our expectations, we had the pleasure of dealing with Rob Boyle and Kara who made our purchase effortless, not to mention Peter with his sense of humor. We have purchased a number of vehicles in the past at dealerships that we would never, ever return to because of their poor customer service, we were very leery as to where to go. I researched Kia's online and received many e-mails from car dealerships soliciting our business, we chose Crowley's in Bristol because they were the only one that called us, which was a nice personal touch. Rob and Kara were the best, we went there in the afternoon and drove away with our new car the next morning, for once it actually felt good buying a new car. I would definitely recommend Crowley's in Bristol, CT if you are in the market for a new car. We just love our new Kia Sedona!
