Tasca Ford provided an hazzle free shopping experience with clear communication all the way through the process. I ordered my Mach E and read in forums some dealer nightmare stories, but had none of those with Tasca. Fran was my primary contact point at Tasca and she provided wonderful support and was helpful throughout my purchase period.

No nonsense, no games, honest and prompt with everything. I had originally said I would be in Wednesday to take delivery but was immediately accommodated coming in a day early. I have been looking for a truck for over a year and had NOTHING but bad experiences. In a market where dealerships have given up on customer service, Tasca shined through. Thanks.

I’ve been looking for months for a new pickup for my business and a buddy of mine suggested a ford. He proceeded to rave about Tasca and I brushed it off thinking all dealerships are the same...... well I stopped by Tasca for a test drive I fell in love with Ford. And on top of all that Tasca team from was awesome! They gave me a truck that works for me and my needs it was so simple and smooth from start to finish!! I am a college student. I don't have such good credit, I work two jobs and I'm on my own in the world. I needed a car to make getting to work easier. I walked into tasca ford, not very knowledgeable about cars and a less than stellar impression on car dealerships. I was a nervous wreck walking into the dealer ship and then I was connected wit h Robin Robinson. Robin was the kindest and most helpful sales representative I have ever met in any service industry! She genuinely cared about my situation and my budget. She showed me the car I was expecting to purchase but she felt something else would be better for me. She showed me the 09 Nissan Sentra and I was not expecting it. Its a beautiful car and well maintained. She informed me about all i need and wanted to know bout the vehicle. She was also determined to get me to go home with the car the same day. This is when I was introduced to Stephen Lucas, the finance manager. A kind and professional man who worked hard and found a bank who would allow me to finance the car for a fair price. He was very patient, extremely kind and very good at what he does. There was a lot of paper work but he took his time to explain all to me so that I wasn't signing blindly. I also was lucky enough to meet the man who heads this entire operation, Mr. Allen Bald the General Manager. Kindest and friendliest man you'll ever meet. He made an effort to come see me and made sure I was comfortable. Buying/ Financing my first car was at first a stressful and frightening process, but because of the team at Tasca Ford in Berlin I was able to make informed decisions, and my nerves were calmed and I am very happy with the car I got. Thank you Tasca I was very satisfied with the above and beyond service I was provided with. They certainly live up to your motto.

I have never experienced such low quality service from a dealership before. Nothing was done in the 8 hours my car was there and no effort was made to make any contact with me. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially for repairs.

I am so surprised that when I review ratings on edmunds that they are so high ... this was so not my experience at this dealership... I am still three weeks and waiting for sales to calculate some numbers so that I can purchase a vehicle.. It has been shocking to me that even though I haven't received any numbers about my sales inquiry but they keep sending me emails asking if they can be of more assistance / confirming appointments that I don't even have... Whats the problem here... Sales Manager was overwhelmed the day I was there with all the potential customers.. that she didn't even have time to run my numbers or the cash buyers in the showroom... Get it together Tasca ... you really need to step up your game with customer service...

Had a great experience with sales person Neb Ajide! Was not the typical experience of feeling patronized or the victim of unnecessary sales pitches and ingenuine small talk. After visiting 5 other ford dealers in the area and on my last leg of hope of getting into a truck that suited my needs I ended up at Tasca ford in Berlin Ct, EVERYONE from the receptionist to the guy cleaning the cars showed the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Now onto my sales reps, David and Roger, both took the time to listen to my needs and found a vehicle that fit. I ended up with a low mileage 2016 F250 xlt. Steve in finance had my approval in 10 minutes , something other dealers failed to do in 3 weeks ! Outstanding customer service from the top down !

My husband and I visited Tasca Ford in Berlin on 6/27/17 to look at a Ford Explorer for my husband. We are still in the financing process, but I read reviews before I give my hard earned money to any business and was so blown away by our experience at Tasca Ford, I had to share our review early! When we arrived, were able to look around in the parking lot at the inventory without feeling immediately pressured like most other car dealerships (Usually you get 1 foot out of your door and you have a salesperson glued to you) When we were ready to speak to a salesperson about a vehicle we were interested in we met David Wargat . We have bought plenty of cars over the past 20 years and by far David has been the nicest and most knowledgeable salesperson we have ever had a car buying experience with. We started with a very short survey to go through what were the most important things we needed in a new vehicle, and then during the beginning of the test drive process, David was incredibly thorough in reviewing all of the features and functionality in the Ford Explorer we were interested in. Tasca is genuinely interested in making sure they are putting you in the right vehicle for your needs and their finance and general manager work very hard to also make sure they are getting you the best possible financing for your new car, no matter how long it takes. We had our 5 year old son with us and because they were working through different finance scenarios for us it was taking a little longer. David took our 5 year old to see their onsite drag race car to keep him entertained during the financing process!!! Thanks to David, Roger and Steve, it has been the best car buying experience we have ever had, and we will be back for my car next, our teenagers first car,and gladly refer everyone we know who is looking for a new or used car in CT, RI, MA and PA to their local Tasca Dealership! We can't wait to proudly display a Tasca Ford License plate frame on our new car. Thank you Tasca for renewing our faith in the car buying experience!

I stopped into Tasca Ford looking for a great deal on a Ford Edge. Easton Lawson was my saleman, I knew right away I was dealing with a person who has been in this line of work for a very long time. He was extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. I had credit issues in the past and he made me feel comfortable and confident that I would be leaving with the car I was interested in buying that day. I gave him a budget price I needed to hit and he worked closely with the business manager to make it work. I was extremely happy with all aspects of the process and drove away that day in a 2017 Ford Edge at a very reasonable monthly payment. This is the first time I felt this comfortable buying a car. I had the pleasure to work with Easton who was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I would leave that day with the car. He was very compassionate and a true professional. David Wargat was my sales person. He was kind and compassionate. He understood buying a car is a bid decision and wasn't pushy. He allowed me to drive the car home for the night to make sure I liked it. The next day when I brought it back and decided not to purchase, he was again kind and not pushy. He did not have managers approach me to try to force me into a decision I was not ready to make. Thank ytou David for making my experience so comfortable.
