Not worth your time

Im not sure where these 4 & 5 stars reviews are coming from. Ive been in multiple times and it always seems the same. Friendly on the surface but the guys in the pit are [non-permissible content removed]. Do not trade your vehicle to them, treat you like dirt, undervalue the car, and during a haggle one of them actually told me to cut the [non-permissible content removed] and take his offer!

Professional Sales

Our sales person Kirk Schnurr, the first person that we encountered through the doors, we were met with courteous & genuine professionalism. He showed us what we were looking for & behold when we were presented with the one that we did purchase 2014 SRX Premium Cadillac. We were very happy with his no pushing attitude and helped us to get the deal that we were able to negotiate. I believe that Kirk is a lost breed in the car salesmanship that some dealerships have slipped through the years. Thanks to Kirk, Kyle & Scott, appreciate making this a good transaction. No pushing! I am older and like to talk things through and take my time understanding all of the pros and cons. They patiently answered all of my questions and were brutally honest about all pros and cons. I visited most of the dealerships in my area and they were the only one that actually helped me find and figure out what was best for me at this time in my life. They also have great relationships with multiple banks and I do not have the best credit. They were able to help me find a good financial fit and helped me keep my payments manageable. None of the other places I visited even came close to my monthly payment needs.

Great Dealership

I just bought a 2013 Buick Enclave and I couldn't be happier with my new car and the sales experience I had at King. I experienced service I didn't believe existed anymore. I was having a hard time finding a chance to go into the dealership so King actually brought out two different cars, the GMC Acadia and the Buick Enclave, to my home and let me test drive them and look at them in the comfort of my own driveway. They were incredibly knowledgable about both cars and helped me make the decision that best fit my lifestyle and budget. I will recommend King to any of my friends and family and have become a King customer for life.

Crooked Salesmen and REALLY HIGH FEE's

I tried to buy a Yukon Denali XL from them last night, I had done my research on the internet and they had the vehicle that I liked. They were priced high but I had hoped to bring them down a little bit, they didn't budge on their price and said it was fair and wouldn't go down at all, they also offered a really low trade in on my current car about 3,000 dollars to low. They were trying to get me to tell them what my payments were that I wanted I had a check for the car already in my wallet, they wouldn't deal and were rude. The fee's that they charge are high. They expected me to pay for a used car inspection at the cost of 600 dollars on the car I wanted to purchase and the one I wanted to trade in plus the cost of having it detailed, and the 399 dealership handling fee is to high, that's just their way of making more money on the deal. I don't recommend going their to even look at cars it's no wonder that GM is in trouble with the way their dealerships act, go to Pedersen Toyota they were friendly nice and helpful without any pressure to buy...

My wife and I had been looking for our yukon xl for two months as my wife was 7 months pregnant at the time and we already have two others. We heard about King GMC through our neighbors. Morgan was great to work with and made everything quick, easy and up front. In less than an hour we were out the door! She entertained our children while we were in the finance office and even came and picked up the yukon the next day and brought my wife a loaner car while her car was being simonized! Finance was great and we love the service that we get here as well! I'm buying every car here from now on!
