Amazingly fast and kind

My husband and I came in with questions about trading in our old Hyundai. Tyler greeted us and was super helpful with our questions and SUPER tolerant of our crazy 4 year old. He set us up with our new 2019 sonata and introduced us to Michael in financing. He was also very sweet and went way out of his way to help us out. I would highly recommend this business for anyone. Never had a bad experience here.

From the moment we walked in, we noticed there was one thing missing at Crossroads Hyundai... that "unpleasant car sales vibe". Chandler M. was the best to work with and was certainly not the typical "sales guy"! From Chandler, to the Sales Manager, to the Finance Manager, everyone at Crossroads worked hard to ensure we were getting the car we wanted at the right price, with the right payment and the right warranty for our family. They made the process, from start to finish, a painless one. Chandler even spent an hour with us after the deal was done, showing us the features of our new car, how to use them and even helped us set up our BlueLink before we left. Amazing service!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a better car buying experience!

I came into Crossroads Hyundai looking for a cheap commuter car. I had been to multiple other dealerships looking for one, and wasn’t given the time of day because my budget was below 3k. When I came into Crossroads Hyundai, Jordan greeted me immediately. I told him what I was looking for, and he was excited to tell me what they had available. When I couldn’t find what I wanted, he was happy to tale my info and call me when something came in. Only 2 days later I received a call by Jordan informing me that he had got a couple of cars in my price range in and invited me to come look at them. I did, and found exactly what I was looking for. Six other local dealers have still not contacted me, and this just goes to show what kind of business Jordan is running. I will absolutely be back, and I’d be happy to refer anyone I know looking for a vechicle to Jordan at Crossroads Hyundai!!! Thank you again for your time and professionalism Jordan and team. Great and Patient Service from Chandler

Chandler went above and beyond for us during our recent purchase. We were difficult customers that needed a certain price and Chandler helped us get to the ideal monthly payment. My husband has been in the car business before and knows how it works and how the financials should be, which can make it hard and frustrating for the salesman. Chandler was patient with us and answered all of our questions. He went back and forth to get rates approved for us and not once showed that he was annoyed by it. It was extremely important for us to reach a certain monthly payment and he went to bat for us. He did ALL THE WORK in this deal and we are now loyal customers to Crossroads Hyundai. The new ownership is awesome and we can already tell they are making great changes. Thank you Chandler, we really appreciate everything you did for us!

Lack of integrity

we bought a used car that dealer said was a "clean" car. next day found out it has a leak in rear seal.$1600 to repair. discussed issue with Crossroads Hyundai. Admitted they were aware of issue but didn't bother to mention it because it isn't a "safety" issue. Guess integrity and doing the right thing doesn't play well here. Take your money elsewhere.

Terrible manager

I have clearly indicated all of my situation in the email quote back and forth several times, but still bunch of unqualified incentives come up after being there. The onsite price takes a rocket from the e-price. This is not even the worst. The manager are so mean and unfriendly! But the service guy are quite generous though, which is the only thing could be appreciated in my recent visiting.
