My wife and I just bought a 2013 Sorento SX AWD, at an extremely competitive, no hassle price, from Ehrlich I-25 Kia, and they genuinely go the extra mile to create a stress free, no pressure buying experience. They didn't have the exact model that we wanted in stock, but found one at another dealer. Scott, the manager, was pleasant to deal with, and even remembered what vehicle i had traded in over two years ago! Nathan, our salesman, drove me to pick up our new Sorento, in a snowstorm, at night, no less. Because of the snow, my wife and son drove home, nearly 40 miles away, in our trade-in Tahoe, and I drove Nathan to our house in our new SUV, to pick it up. It was after 9pm when Nathan headed out from our house. This, to me, is a true example of genuine dedication to customer service. Every aspect of the sale was handled with professionalism and honesty, and doesn't end after the sale. We needed some minor warranty work performed , and they picked up and delivered our Sorento at our house. Remember, we live nearly 40 miles from them. We had our vehicle back the same day! The facilities are old, but a new one is being constructed. Regardless, I highly recommend Ehrlich I-25 Kia to anyone. Ehrlich dealerships, in my three experiences, have always been awesome.
