Not trustworth, no customer service

I was emailed a quote that was not honored, because a sales manager said there was a mistake and he hadn't read the quote. Either that is an amateurish mistake they should be ashamed of or it was a bold faced lie, also which they should be ashamed of. Several points during the negotiations, quotes were offered that were obvious mistakes or indications that the managers weren't fully sure of what was going on. My Bolt wasn't available at the time I leased, which was fine, but I would've appreciated the lease to be prorated or a refund for the small number of days. Not much money, but it would've been a nice effort. The Bolt EV was given to me less than half charged. OK, so they don't have a fast charger. Couldn't someone think to take an hour out of their time to take it to a fast charge station so I could receive it fully charged?! They sent me on my way with no instructions on how to access or pay at a fast charge station, so I had to stop on the way home, and spend time on the phone with the charger company to figure out how to do a one time charge before I could drive home.

Very Bad Experience

The Salesman Arman Sadati was great. He worked hard to get us the deal we were looking for. He was professional and friendly. Great guy. Management told us that Ed Bozarth was not in the Costco Auto Program yet Costco sent me to this store for a specific vehicle on their lot. After a number of discussions and presentation of documentation I brought with me they relented and gave us the Costco deal. Then we worked with the finance person who was also very professional and looked at all the possible options for financing the vehicle in our favor. She had to make a number of trips to the sales office to get the price corrected by the Sales Manager. All in all we were in the store for 4 hours to buy a specific vehicle with a set Costco price. This was not the experience I expected and frankly will keep me from returning to Ed Bozarth. The only reason they get two stars is because of the lady in finance and the salesman.

Pend a deal in a half hour

I came in with the intent to buy a car. Andrew Larocque were able to meet in the middle in a half hour. There was no haggling and it was all upfront. I walked out with the vehicle I wanted, felt that we were fairly treated, and paid a fair price. I would recommend Andrew. -JD

my experience at Ed Bozarth was professional and courteous. Alex Bomstad helped me get out of a situation where I was upside down on not one but two vehicles. I feel He worked hard to get the most out of my trades and the best price on a new Silverado helping me out of a tight situation and into a very nice truck. I will come back.

I Love My Tahoe

First things first, I walked into Ed Bozarth Park Meadows just to check out the Tahoe. I've wanted one all my life and now that I'm more successful there would be no better opportunity for me to purchase one than now. The facility is impeccably clean and the staff very friendly. I was made to feel comfortable and had no problem dealing with the salesman and any other employees. Everyone was so friendly! Anyway, after taking the Tahoe out for a drive I decided to go big and go home with the Tahoe. I loved it! The purchase was smooth and easy and never frustrating. I got a great deal and I know I'll be back when it's my wife's turn to purchase a new vehicle. Maybe the Malibu.

ZERO stars should be an option!

Don't waste your time going to Eb Bozarth, trust me! I walked in today prepared to by a new Camaro SS and they flat out refused to give me the price on the three vehicles I was considering! Instead they tried every dealership game in the business to get us to stay and "work a deal"! I am an highly educated buyer that knows more about the product that the sales staff. I don't need you to treat me like an idiot that is lucky to get a car from you! Whatever you do please don't go deal with these guys! In today's day and the age of the Internet there is No reason to waste your time to be treated like that! The icing on the cake was when the "Sales Manager" came over when we were getting frustrated. In an extremely condescending manner offered to pull up the pricing from their web page. Wow! Thanks "Mr. Sales Manager" for the fantastic service! Oh, I almost forgot the dismissive gesture the "Sales Manager" made towards me while leaving! Clearly Ed Bozarth Chevrolet does not need nor deserve your business!

worst trade-in value, selling vehicle at MSRP while all other chevy dealers are at invoice price. stay away from this dealership. got mine 50 miles and gave whole lot for my trade and invoice for my new vehicle
