G R E A T experience with AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway

We all know that the car lease/buying experience is daunting. I explored several manufacturers before I decided on my Jeep Wrangler 4xe. I'm of 5'-1" stature and I feel like the Jeep fits my like a glove. The seat and steering column adjustments are well suited to me as well as the touchscreen instrument panel. I didn't make an appointment for my first trip to ACJB, and Aimee Justin (Sales) greeted me and asked questions about our needs in a vehicle. I test-drove a couple of various Jeep models—SUV, Wrangler, and Rubicon. Yes, there is always the question of what it would take for you to take this home today, but you are in the drivers' seat, obviously. It took me about two weeks to make a decision, and Aimee was accommodating to my schedule. I wanted to finance the vehicle for business use, but to earn the federal and state tax incentives, it is only feasible for personal use. Therefore, I leased the Jeep Wrangler 4xe and then purchased it with financing about 20 days later. I am super appreciative of the financing team — Christoph Clifton & Kameran Janamian — who gave me a solution that offered me the best outcome. Thank you all! I love my Jeep!!!

Preston was GREAT

This is not our first purchase with AutoNation but it is with the location on Broadway. Preston was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We started the process on-line and by the time we scheduled time to go to the dealership we were all set with the paperwork and ready to go. He was very easy going and personable, it felt like we were talking to a friend. Kudos to you Preston!

Vehicle Purchase

This was a great experience! Robert Mann and the sales guy (forgot his name) were AWESOME in the purchase of my 2024 Jeep Compass Lux! The GM was great in his assistance with it as well. I’ve been a customer with them since I moved to Colorado in 2018 and if I ever decided to live here permanently, they’d be the only ones I’d trust with purchasing vehicles for my kids. May have to fly back just to do business with them. I’m an active duty Air Force member of 19 years and through so many moves and purchasing different vehicles, they’re the best ones I’ve ever come across. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thank you guys again for working with me to get me into a new vehicle after my last jeep was totaled.

At a loss

My 4xe has not been charging and the check engine light has been on and off since may of last year. I’ve owned the vehicle for 12 months and 6 of which the electric feature doesn’t work so I’ve been in and out of service. As of today it still is not functional and the check engine light is back on. I was told it has to be my fault and my homes power. I paid an electrician $270 to come evaluate my home and power and everything is good on my end. I think they can’t figure iut what is wrong w the vehicle so sending me home the problem and telling me it has to be my fault is the only solution. I am not sure what to do at this point w the car. I’m a single mom that works 60 plus hours a week that can’t be without a car and bought this jeep to save money on gas not be in a service bay. Oh and on top of all of that my rim was scratched while in service with them for several weeks and they still haven’t determined how to handle that.

The sixth times the charm!

After some major repair work at the beginning of September my check engine light would not go off. I brought the car back at least five times. The sixth time they thought they had figured it out. But another problem happened. So they gave me a loaner for two days. It had been a week since I got my car back, and no more issues. I loved the determination to get it fixed right. So I brought donuts as a thank you gift.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience trying to get my car repaired. First, I could not get anyone from service to return my calls. That was needed because the Auto Nation recall notice I received said it was important to talk to service to make sure parts were available. After 3 attempts, I had to call the dealerships General Manager. He scheduled me a service date - the next Tuesday. Took my car in for 3 matters: 1) routine oil change and rotate tires, 2) my auto restart warning light was on, and 3) the recall notice. FOUR days later, on Saturday, they call that it is ready. When I get my Jeep back, the oil was changed and tires rotated, but the other two issues were not resolved. The auto restart warning light was still on. The assistant service manager told me they checked the auto start battery and it was good, just needed recharging and the light would go off once driven. Three months later and the warning light is still on. Been told by another dealer it needs to be turned off. Was then told the recall could not be done because they did not have the parts. They never told me that in the FOUR days they had the car, not until I came in to pick my Jeep up. I had received mailings from Auto Nation that I should schedule a service appointment for the recall and told the service department that was the main reason for the appointment, but they never said they did not have parts availability. I had to go without my car for FOUR days to learn that. I was told they would contact me when the parts were available. Three months later, still no contact that parts for the recall are available. So I was without my car for FOUR days so the service department could change the oil and rotate the tires, not get a service light turned off properly and to tell me they have no parts for a recall Auto Nation keeps on encouraging me to get completed. Totally incompetent!

2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Battery Replacement

The battery died in my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I towed the vehicle to the dealer on a Sunday. By 10 am on Monday morning, the service manager called me to tell me they replaced both batteries in the vehicle. All the work was covered by the warranty.

Service repair

Jack is the BEST service guy! He always works with me and my crazy schedule. The mechanics are awesome, I had what I thought was a tapping lifter turned out to be a gasket issue. The mechanics also found other issues, yes, real issues. Jack let me know what was wrong and said because they had all the parts they could fix it and get it back to me next day. Yep, they got it done and I’m back on the road in my Jeep…with a detailed engine compartment. Thank you!!
