New VW Taos

The new Taos is a really fun car with a ton of great amenities plus great gas mileage for a reasonable price. Staff at Larry H Miller were courteous and easy to deal with. As with every dealership you need to go in with a plan don’t buy anything extra that you didn’t plan on buying before you came in. Overall great experience

I had an appointment to have the spark plugs replaced. I was in an out in around 30 minutes. Not only was I surprised but I was also very pleased. Sal was very professional and helpful. I barely got a chance to play one video game on my phone!

Brought my car due to high noise level. Sal Sierra suspected bad bearings. He was right and fixed the problem within hours. He was very professional and friendly. Knowledgeable and customer oriented.

“POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT”

Probably have to look for another dealership to service my vehicle due to: 1. Service rep. was arguing and won’t honor my coupon provided by Larry H. Miller dealership via email. (Coupon was named as a super offer $50 for oil change, had to pay $80 for oil change) 2. People who pull vehicles to bays wearing filthy uniform ( they use plastic covers for seat, but nothing on arm-rest or steering wheel) - they don’t have designated person who suppose to do that. 3. They forgot to reset my oil change timer in my car, after changing the oil.... now I have some doubts on quality I paid $80 for oil change.

I'm so impressed by Travis in the service department. Wh as t an amazing person, truly a blessing to me. My car had check engine light on. He immediately knew it was still under warranty. He tried to get part before I had to leave town. It was back ordered. But he told me what needed done. I will get it done while out of town. Larry Miller VW is very fortunate have him as an employee.
