Mark Todd - 2021 Levante GTS

As an out of state buyer, Mark Todd at Mike Ward Maserati of Denver couldn’t have made the process any easier. He listened clearly to what I was trying to achieve and we managed to work a great deal in just a few hours. From the negotiation to my trade-in, the out of state paperwork and the logistics of the delivery, the process couldn’t have been smoother or easier. Kudos to Mark Todd and the team at Mike Ward Maserati, I would highly recommend doing business with them!

Great experience!

I have to be honest - I am not a fan of the car buying experience. However, I am very pleased with my recent experience at Mike Ward Maserati and specifically Matt Rice our sales person. We were looking for a Honda CR-V and I called the dealership spoke to Mark Todd, Sales Manager, and asked him if he had the one advertised still on the lot. He immediately went outside confirmed it was there and had it pulled out front when we arrived. He introduced us to Matt Rice who took great care of us through the process. There was no pressure through the negotiation and finance process which I greatly appreciated. We also had the opportunity to chat with the Manager, Bob Thumel who was so friendly and truly made us feel welcome. Even though we weren't in the market for a high-end, expensive vehicle we were treated so very well by everyone. I will highly recommend Mike Ward dealerships to my friends and family and this will be my first stop next time I'm in the market. Definitely ask for Matt Rice - highly recommend this young man!

Outstanding car dealership and service

Last week I found some time to swing into the new Mike Ward Maserati dealership and all I have to tell you was the experience was amazing! Once you finally get past the "showcase" facility, the incredible car display and the extremely knowledgeable sales person "Jennifer Horal", I knew selecting a vehicle was going to be tough. I have purchased two Infiniti's on seperate occasions in the past from from Mike Ward Infiniti so returning to the Mike Ward dealership was an easy decision. I don't write reviews often but after my last experience at Mike Ward Maserati and my dealing with my sales person Jennifer Horal, I will always look forward to the purchase of my next vehicle there! A+++ guys!

This was the best experience that I have had with buying a new car! "Mike Ward Maserati" in Highlands Ranch was great, from their top notch customer service to their professionalism and willing to go the extra miles!!!! Savannah my sales person and Bob the sales manager, were very professional and do a very good job accommodating the customer. I will definitely buy another Maserati from them again:). The most important thing in ANY sales/retail business, is to roll out the "Red" carpet for the customer and "Mike Ward Maserati" has done it! If your even thinking about buying or leasing a new car, take it from me......check "Mike Ward" out first because once you do you'll have a new found experience and will enjoy buying or leasing a new car! The owner "Mike Ward" himself is completely hands on and does whatever he can to help his employees. I met Mike on my recent Maserati purchase and he was very plesant and kind, it's these kind of business morals and ethics that create a successful business and friendship going forward:). Not honoring the We Owe as Promised as of yet

Purchase a used vehicle from Mike Ward in May 2016. The salesman was absolutely outstanding. Negotiations were made and contract SIGNED. We were given a "We Owe" for $400.00 when the deal was funded. Since then the deal has been funded, Have not seen a check for $400.00 as promised on the We Owe sign by finance manager. I have contacted the dealership and they said they made a mistake and sent in my $400.00 to the payoff of the previous vehicle.. They have been less than helpful on a contracted signed "We Owe" Im going to contact the Local Media "Problem solvers" from Fox 31 News to look into the transaction, and try to get some resolution to something promised and nothing delivered.
