Working with Tony Musso was easy and he was helpful in the areas I asked Personally already knew the truck I wanted and I’m an open direct person. Matt was easy to communicate with on a trade in vehicle Tony kept me updated on the trucks arrival and getting it ready for delivery I understand the current climate too and MSRP and trucks avail etc I was comfortable with the financials and left with a good experience and would recommend Tony and people to Transwest I came there because a few others I know purchased there in the past and the dealership wasn’t game playing with added markups or forced dealer installed junk for pure profit. I avoided King….! Had bought there 1x before in 2018 and it was not an easy experience and they seemed to have gotten worse

It has been many years since I have purchased a vehicle, and Transwest was amazing in every way. Kyle was my sales person and he was extremely knowledgeable, genuine and a pleasure to work with. Al in finance was great to work with also. My truck is new, but I needed to have some accessories installed, and Ace in the service department was professional and efficient. The entire dealership felt like a "small family run business", and I would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends. Thanks All!

I was uncomfortable about the truck due to the higher mileage. I was assured by the salesman that every vehicle is thoroughly inspected by their service department before it goes out on the lot. I test drove the truck in the snow and wasn't able to drive it as normal. Since I first left the lot I've had nothing but problems with the truck from the torque converter to the electrical system to the airbag system. All these issues I've experienced in the 2 days out of 17 I've actually had the truck when it wasn't in for service from the multiple issues. I talked to the sales manager about all the issues and he was completely complacent about the issues and was unwilling to work out a solution with me. The truck is still in for service and I have had no communication from the dealership about the next round of problems since I dropped it off 3 days ago.

It was nice to be able to watch tv in the waiting room and the access to the wireless was nice. Thank you for topping of fluids because this isn't always completed. No pressures to buy something else or fix something that isn't broke.

Your Salesman Jim Hutchings was excellent, he followed up on all of my phone calls and e-mails very promptly. He was courteous to us and not pushy at all. He found us an educational credit we weren't aware existed. If he didn't know the answer to a question he found out. Everyone else in the dealership, including Alessandro Meloni who did the paperwork, were friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend you dealership to others.

The only thing they didn't give me a new milage sticker. They put the milage that's on the car now. Since I'm coming back in please have them put a new milage stickers on my windshield? Otherwise great service !

Gabe was fantastic, worked with my availability and "style" of car buying. He made the experience pleasurable. When the vehicle was delivered, Al had my paperwork readied and explained everything at a pace I was very comfortable with. Gabe then went over my Sierra inch by inch showing me all the features ensuring I knew how everything worked, that was great. Gabe did a great job brokering the deal. The purchase process took longer than I felt it needed to however this has been me experience at most dealers. (It took about 7 hrs). Though a recall procedure had to be completed, I would normally have expected the dealer to keep up on these for vehicles in its own inventory. I live in the mountains so I appreciate anything that can be done to expedite the process at the dealer because even as I walk in the front door I've already committed to the six hour process of driving down and back. Gabe was able to secure a firm trade in value for my truck over the phone site unseen and this is what ultimately earned the dealer my business vs. our nearest mountain dealership who wanted to see it in person and was evasive with regard to trade in value range over the phone. Overall I'm pretty pleased with the experience and hope my future visits go smoothly.

Buyer Beware!

After 3hrs and ready to sign documents, I did the math part in my head before signing on the dotted line.......it wasn't right. I saw the trade in amount, the dealer cash back listed, and the purchase price listed correctly. However, when I did the math in my head, I realized I wasn't really getting the $1500 dealer incentive I was supposed to even though it looked like it was on the contract, being applied to the down payment. When I showed the finance person, they called the salesperson, who said, "Ohhh, well, let me get the manager because I'm not really sure if we can fix this." I told him this was flat out dishonest. The manager came over and said he could still give me the $1500 correctly but then he said he'd have to lower my trade in value $2000. I told him that isn't fair, right or honest. The main manager then came over and told me he could not do buisness with me because he was not going to take a loss on the sale, and most importantly, GM would be sending surveys and he was not going to jeopordize his CSI (customer service index?) with a less than perfect score. Unbelievable. I took my title and went to another dealership right away and got a better deal, better trade in amount and they delivered my car to my home a few hours later. Now THAT is the GM service I've grown accustomed to and love!

I have been buying cars for 30 plus years, and have seen the good bad and the ugly of dealerships out there. Recently moved here from Arizona and began my search for a new truck a few weeks ago, and let me tell you I could have saved myself a LOT of time and agony if I would have just went to Transwest in the first place. A little out of the way in "Henderson" which seemed to be out in the middle of no where, but was very much worth the drive. Absolutely NO pressure, very personable and knowledgeable salesman. I was amazed to be able to walk around the lot and not be swarmed by vulture salesman! Long story short, Transwest had the largest selection, most professional salesmen, and made purchasing a new truck actually enjoyable!! Who would have thought buying a car could be enjoyable?!
