I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by Clint Stapp at Stapp Interstate Toyota. I was out of the country at the time I started my vehicle search and appreciated his flexibility and accountability to accommodate the time difference-He was prompt with replying to emails and was available by phone at the times he said he would be available. At the time I had also contacted other Toyota dealerships in the vicinity of Denver, and not a single one could/would provide a straightforward answer via email or phone for me. When I was finally able to visit the dealership in person, I did not feel the pressure typically felt during the car buying experience. Clint did a good job of assessing the vehicle that met my needs and easily answered my questions and addressed my concerns. When I finally decided to purchase a vehicle, he assembled the numerous financing scenarios I requested and the whole procedure was simple and very efficient. Even months after my purchase, Clint still promptly answers my questions, whether by email or phone.
