Loved this purchase

I appreciated the non-pushy experience. My sales representative, Juma, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to help me with my many questions and “what if’s.” I am completely satisfied and feel comfortable and confident I got a good deal.

Stay Away from this Place or They will Rif you Off

Stay away from this place (Larry H. Miller Nissan, 10030 E Arapahoe Rd, Centennial, CO 80112-3702) or you will regret it. I should have walked away from this place as soon as I heard a customer complain about the bad treatment he was getting. The sales person (Nate Martinez) lied to me in person, on email, and over the phone. I submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and they (the dealer) agreed to compensate me accordingly, but to this date, I have not been properly reimbursed. I paid about $500.00 out of my pocket to cover expenses that they promised to cover. The General Manager (Roman Gelfand) lied to me over and over. He told me that the check was in the mail three or four times, but I never got it. He even said that he would mail it himself overnight, but nothing happened. It is clear that they don't care about anyone once they sign the contract and leave. I don't know if they will ever take care of me, but I intend to use the internet to voice my opinion on how bad they took care of me. I went to Denver to avoid the Colorado Springs Dealer shenanigans, but in the end, I got screwed. Just think about it, if the GM lies to you, his minions will lie and screw you as well. I am a veteran and work hard for my money, but they don't seem to care. I am not one for giving bad reviews, but I feel strong about these folks and their terrible customer service. You will regret dealing with them. Please stay away from this place!!!

Got me the exact car I waned

I recently filed chapter 7 Bankrupsy and was having a hell of a time finding a car that I actually liked or the bank to finance me..! Until I walked into Larry H Miller on arapaho My luck all switch up!! They made my experience easy stress-free exciting and I got the exact car call me that I was looking for everything the color the type year. Thank you to everybody that help me I’ll be back for my next car soon as I can

Superior Customer Service experience

We came in this past May to buy a car for my high school aged daughter. Will Trevino helped us when we arrived. When I explained what we were looking for (a low priced starter vehicle for a teenager), he showed us what was in our budget that I felt was what we were looking for. The cars he showed us were in worse shape than we had hoped, which is why Will offered to show us something a little bit more expensive but would suit our needs much better. He brought up a 2009 Sentra with very low miles (74k) and very good condition. It wasn't much over our budget so we decided to take a closer look and drive it. Once we got back from the drive I noted a couple of things that could be better on the car. The finance manager (I hate that I don't recall his name) asked if the car was something we would consider purchasing. I told him that it was but I would want to go to a few other places to compare. Next he asked if the 2 things that I would have liked to see repaired were taken care of, plus a price reduction to get the payments down to what my daughter could afford would create a sale today. I told him that it would. In the end, both Will Trevino and the finance manager went so far above what I would have expected in order to make us happy that I am still in shock. We will need 2 more used cars for 2 more daughters in the following 2 years. I will also be needing a brand new everyday driver very soon. It is 100% fact that I plan to purchase all 3 of our next vehicles from Larry H Miller Nissan. The credit for that goes to Will Trevino and the finance manager. In a world of decreasing customer service, this experience was shockingly positive and that means a ton to this customer. Thank you Will and to all involved. Simply superior customer service!
