I don’t think it’s often people have a “great experience” when buying a car. But I sure did. I worked with Sara and she was absolutely wonderful. She wasn’t pushy and she didn’t try to get me into something that didn’t fit what I was looking for. She was very friendly and caring. This is a great dealership and I’d recommend them any day.

AutoNation sales team were professional and did a great job of following up. Not too much but enough to know they wanted your business. They seem to have a lot of steps that could have been condensed to make the process more efficient. The entire staff presented themselves with honesty and demonstrated a desire to do the right thing for the customer. That could benefit by upgrading the showroom a bit.

He worked with the team to make trading in a leased Forester and getting a new Crosstrek a very enjoyable experience. They continue to follow up with me and offer excellent customer service. Happy new Forester owner

Stopped by on a Friday night just to do a quick comparison between a Forester and a Honda CRV we had just looked at.down the road. Christina was very helpful, even thought we were just doing research and felt bad kind of wasting her time. After the visit, did some research and figured a Forester (Premium) would meet our needs. Since they only had a couple in stock, and not with the color we wanted, we figured we'd just go in and place a deposit on one coming in within the next month. Bryan, our rep using our Costco benefit, mentioned they just got a Forester Sport released for sale and do we want to have a look. It was a step up from the Premium we were looking at, but it had just what we wanted and with the discount, was still in our price range. We purchased it on the spot. In fact, they were surprised we even take it for a test drive. Mike the GM insisted we at least drive around the lot. As usual on a Saturday, it takes a bit of time, but everyone was friendly and helpful and we had a great experience. We'd recommend them for anyone looking to get a new Subaru.

Lucas Sachs is literally the best car salesmen I’ve ever met, dealt with, and done business with in my entire life. I have been to over 30 different car dealerships in my life and dealt with dozens and dozens of salesmen; Lucas Sachs is the epitome of what every customer hopes to encounter when going into a dealership. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt welcomed. I didn’t feel pressured or persuaded, I felt respected and reassured. Subaru, Auto Nation, if you want to know who your best employee is, his name is Lucas Sachs. He’s a gift, you better do him good, I wouldn’t want to lose an asset as valuable as him. I bought two cars from Lucas in the same day. We had a small hurdle with one of the vehicles dealing with a hitch but he came in clutch and saved the day, making me wish I purchased all my other 11 cars from in the past.
