It was a very painful and confusing experience; easily the worst I've had buying a car. We were ridiculously low-balled on our trade-in value. After presenting a pre-purchase authorization check (from USAA) to the dealership, we were still told to return the car while they repeatedly tried to have us request their financing. It took 3 days to get the car in back into our possession. It was borderline criminal in my opinion....

I recently purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 from Audi Flatirons. From the moment I walked into the showroom, the whole team took really good care of me. Matt Logue and Ryan Bonino from the Sales Team made sure they understood what I wanted and why and then found a car that ticked all the boxes. Once we shook hands, they walked me over to Shane Schnacker from the Finance Team, who then worked with me on the finance aspects and other options. I really liked how I was treated as a friend and not just someone to “sell” to. From the first interaction to driving off the lot, my experience as top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

I purchased or leased 3 Audi's from this dealership under a former ownership name and was quite impressed with the new owners when I tested an A4. Ryan was very professional and provided lots of useful information. Pricing was transparent and bids on my trade were fair. I ended up not buying an Audi because of the lack of safety ratings by Consumer Reports, but would urge you to consult this dealer for other Audi models.

I leased a new Audi Q5 in March. I have had several highline cars in my life,but have never owned an Audi before. I have to say I was SO impressed by there knowledge of the product and there attention to detail. It was the first time I bought a car and didnt feel like I was just another transaction they do in a day. The actually care and took the time to go over everything and make sure my whole experience was off the charts. Thank you again to the Team at Audi Boulder. These guys are pros. From the minute you walk in the door until the minute you drive out. No pressure, no anxiety, no hard sale. They will fit you with the car you want. Got a new A6 about a year ago. My 2nd audi, but first from a dealer. The whole process was pretty unbelievable. Everything on price of the trade and the new car was very transparent, and it was all fair. The transition to the service department was seamless, and my new service adviser knew all about me and my car the first time I arrived. You see these guys around town, and they are legitimately are involved in the community. Nice to see this level of service, makes it easy to keep thinking about driving an Audi.
