Always a great experience.

by Yeffree on 04/16/2024

I have bought several pickups over the years from Nolan and the hassle free experience is always nice. I show up sign papers go over the vehicle and I’m gone.

You missed the vehicle diagnostic and I pay more

by HectorG on 03/28/2023

Bring my vehicle in on Monday explain what’s going on and Wednesday it’s fixed, take it drive straight home which is 3 miles or less and park it. next day try to go to school and car does not want to stay on. Keeps turning off and has a bogging down sound. This has never happened before and my vehicle has never sounded like this. Call service department and speak to Rob who tells ne get it back down here. So I pay 140 to have it towed back to you first thing in the am and hear no communication back to me all day. Friday rolls around and i call and speak to Lucas. Tells me my service advisor is off today and he will find out status and get back to me. One hour goes by so I call back and speak to Lucas. I asked why haven’t you called me back and he immediately gets a rude tone and says well nothing has changed I have no reason to call you yet. So I explain the entire situation and all he can say is nothings changed I have no reason to call. That right there is the most annoying, you can always call to say there is no news. You know, communication with your customer. So he leaves a message for rob and rob calls me later in the day to explain what is happening and that I need to pay another400 to fix it. My question is, why didn’t you catch this while me vehicle was here?! Robs response was a crappy excuse in my opinion and goes on about all this technical talk like I understand all the engine components of my vehicle. Would have rather him say my tech missed this and we’ll get it repaired at no cost and here’s an oil change for you having to tow your vehicle back to us since we didn’t take care of it the first time, no I have to argue with Rob and he graciously(sarcasm) takes off labor cost. I wasn’t about to continue over the phone so when I arrived Rob was no where to be found. Customer service training is needed here!! Lucas, especially. Basic communication of what the status is of the vehicle seems important and super easy to do, just not for your employees or Chevrolet. All your paperwork shows time frame notes which were never filled in or brought up to me. Lots to work on at this location, This similar review will also be posted on several social media platforms to help other people avoid your service department and their lack of customer service

We are very pleased with not only the SUV that we bought at Len Lyall Chevrolet but the service department as well. Very honest, efficient, hassle free.

do not use the service department

by Aric Lawrence on 07/26/2021

I recently moved and have started performing my own maintenance after using len lyall for the past three years. i am very dissapointed in what i found. Before i moved i asked for a 4wd service, oil change and fuel filter change for my 2018 chevrolet colorado zr2 diesel. The oil was obviously not changed during my last service. The filter was completely trashed and the oil was burnt. I only have about 60K miles on my truck and they were all very easy miles as i lived 40 miles from work 95% of the miles were highway with very little stop and go. after seeing the oil, i checked the fuel filter and found that it was solid black and filled with garbage. then i looked at the front and rear differentials and transfer case. the front differential was leaking from a lose fill port, and the fill port on the transfer case was missing. When i drained the diff fluid it looked like confetti due to all of the metal shavings proving that they never actually changed the gear oil. they were just topping off the fluid. i cant believe i dropped thousands of dollars at this dealer over the years for such poor or non existent service. This is truly fraud and i hope other customers read this review and double check the work they pay for.

Good Company

by grntopaz on 12/01/2018

I had someone who rear-ended me and took off. I have minor scratches and the guy rubbed over the area with a solvent to clean up the bumper. It did such a great job on the scratches that I decided not to have it fixed, which saved me about $650. Confused as to why site won't let me give it the fifth star?

Outstanding Service and People

by AuroraNative on 04/20/2016

I have been using Lyn Lyall for service for years. Contrary to some the reviews, I feel like family at their service department, and would consider going nowhere else. I trust their service without doubt, and wouldn't let anyone else touch my cars. Sure, like any place, there are times when work can't get done as scheduled, but keep in mind how busy they are, because of the quality of the work they turn out.

Go Somewhere else, PLEASE

by LenLyallSucks on 09/23/2015

The only good thing about this dealership is Tom Marsh. My experience with Len Lyall has been nothing short of a horrific nightmare. All components of my experience with this dealership, including conversing with Jim Lyall, have been grossly negative. To be brief, I bought a brand new vehicle and after an unforeseen incident with my car I chose to have Len Lyall do the repairs. A repair that was quoted to take less than a week took nearly a month because the body shop couldn't order the correct parts on several different occasions and John, the manager of the body shop is perhaps the most manipulative, conniving and ill-mannered professional I have ever encountered in my life. The repairs done at the shop were grossly inadequate and the dealership made me feel as though I was in the wrong when their repair was misaligned and caused my roof to leak when it rained. They attempted to fix it by ripping the piece off and essentially reattaching with black electrical tape. John was verbally aggressive at times, being very argumentative about work not even he could deny was subpar. they hired a new service center manager named jeremy who talked a big game about customer service, making promises he couldnt keep, but even he was a joke. speaking with Jim Lyall he said 'i was lucky that they were doing me a favor' and by favor he means fixing repair work at his dealership that resulted in further damage to a brand new car. My car has run rough since day one . I alerted multiple staff abt my concerns with the way the car ($36k) was running and on all occasions when I asked the service department to check it out they brushed it off and told me that's how a v6 runs. The car shakes and ticks.. At stop lights nearly shuts down. The loaner I was given, when the third attempt to fix an integral part of my car, was made completely flat tire, smelled like smoke, and a half a tank of gas. When I brought it to Jeremy and the techs attention after driving off the lot and the car alarming a tire pressure of 12 in the front passenger side, they acted as though I committed crime for bringing it to their attention. the repairs done are still incorrect and I am currently in the process of handling my experience with Len Lyall with GM and the BBB. DO NOT BUY from HERE. RUN! Ps- the great len lyall would be both appalled and ashamed of this dealership. Shame on All of you.

Len Lyall saves the day!

by dwise1966 on 08/26/2015

I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from Len Lyall Chevrolet in January and unfortunately I was involved in a serious accident in July. My new truck was totaled, but fortunately the other driver was insured and I also had purchased GAP insurance. I was experiencing some serious difficulties going through the GAP process which in involved Len Lyall. I went to the dealership today expecting the worse, but the staff there explained the situation and worked with me and provided me with a solution that I didn't expect. Dan Johnson (General Manager), Robert Aguirre (Finance Manager), Hunter and Ricky are exceptional. I strongly encourage anyone to take the time to drive to Len Lyall to get a great deal with great customer service.

Great Experience

by omeinv on 07/02/2015

Instead of buying a car, I had one to sell. My dad's driving days are through, and so we needed to sell his car. Andra Evans, at Len Lyall Chevrolet contacted me, from an ad I had placed. I will be first to admit that I was skeptical that a dealership would make a fair offer in this circumstance, but I accepted his invitation to bring the car in. I'm sure glad I did. Everything he told me in advance turned out to be 100% true, and every thing he arranged happened exactly as promised. He immediately came to me with a very fair initial offer, and allowed me to even get a little more. I was there no more than 45 minutes, and left with cash in hand. I went from skeptic to true believer.

Appointments mean nothing

by JannaW on 01/15/2015

I scheduled an appointment for 9:15 am for an oil change. When I arrived the said 90 minutes to two hours. After waiting 90 minutes I asked about my vehicle and they told me at the LEAST another hour. I asked for my car back and left. Why bother with appointments? No more business from me ever again
