The online price is not the real price

Called about a car I saw on Edmund’s.com. Took them 4 hours to get back to me after the initial call. When they called the car was 1500 more than it was listed for due to every car having ceramic coding. They refused to remove this from the price. Asked about transporting the car and their price was 1000 more than any other place. They tried to gouge me at every turn. My salesman Gary was extremely rude. Spend your money else where. Hopefully the sales manager see this.

Other F&I Products - $995

on 09/18/2023 we found a car for sale through Edmunds.com for $39,991.00. We liked the car after test drive and agreed to purchase for the asking price. But in the paper work they this added "Other F&I Products - $995" (which was not in the original listing). We asked the agent to explain this item and she said all of their has this item. My question why it was not shown in Edmunds.com listing. I am very upset and want to put this review for future buyers to be aware of this. I hope Edmunds.com listing can provide more transparency in the future.

I contacted WH Lexus inquiring about a Lexus that was hard to find. My salesperson "Bryan Webster" was very informative and responded quickly and professionally which as a professional myself appreciated that. I've never bought a car this way but Bryan expedited my application and paperwork so I could purchase this before it was gone. Here is the kicker, Bryan drove the Lexus and delivered the paperwork to me " a 200 mile drive" I was showed the car and it's features then I signed the paperwork and he took a Uber back to the dealership... This was beyond any of my expectations.. I highly recommend Bryan and WH Lexus...

I felt completely comfortable the moment i stepped into lexus of woodland hills as Denice approached me and introduced herself and welcomed my Gf and I. I didnt know exactly what i was looking for until Denice thoroughly explained each car as we walked down the lot. If anyone is looking to lease or purchase a car i highly recomend asking for Denice A. Thank you once again!

In a nutshell? Jose Navarro. Enough said! But really, Jose made the experience really pleasant for us. I went from a Benz to getting my first Lexus. I was set on getting another Benz but gave in to my husband's suggestion to check out Lexus. We went to several Lexus dealerships over a couple of weeks-- Ontario, Thousand Oaks, Glendale, Oxnard and just on a whim, decided to swing by to Woodland Hills since it was on the way home one day. We got there a couple of hours before closing and walked out with a new GX. Jose is a rockstar and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is an asset to the dealership!

Stopped by Lexus of woodland hills to check out the IS250 and I spoke with a gentleman named Jose Navarro. He was so helpful and super cool to be around and he answered every single question I had. I had to get to work so I couldn't be there long. I went in again and Jose wasn't there and I had contacted him and he let me know to speak to edwin and he was super great as well! The fact that they have people like them working at this dealership made me feel so welcome and will definitely be buying my car from Jose when my lease is up. Thanks to these guys!

Went to see a used car advertised on Edmunds on Sunday, anto discussed taking it to get checked out by our mechanic. Once we made appointment to get it checked on Wednesday, it all fell apart. Suddenly, it was all the sudden "on the truck" to get sold (resold?) to auction and they could only "hold" it for us if we paid a deposit? What??? We were just there on Sundau and no one said anything about a deadline. We were double-teamed and they really put the pressure on to get that deposit. When I asked why they did not tell us it was due to be sold at auction when we were there on Sunday, they said it was common procedure to sell a car after one month. Well, according to the car reports it had not been listed on Edmunds for a month, and why, then, did it come as such a big surprise? Essentially, they wore us out with the ridiculous badgering and high pressure regarding the deposit. After wasting an entire afternoon with phone calls about the car suddenly being "on the truck" and they could only get it back if we left a deposit, we had to just forget it all out of exasperation. It was really disappointing because it was exactly what we were looking for. They just made it so complicated, we just didn't have the time to deal with them anymore. I don't know what their procedure is with online sales, but make sure they have the car you want when you go look at it, and that it won't suddenly be loaded onto the "auction truck," suspended for hours waiting for a deposit!

I highly recommend Vista Lexus. We reached an agreement over the phone on a very hard to get car. When other dealers were adding options to increase their margins, Vista lived up to what we agreed on. Very honorable. Make sure to ask for Tim as he is the secret weapon there.

FRAUDULENT PRICING PRACTICES--FALSE & MISLEADING ADVERTISING!

[violative content deleted]!! We found a car online that we were interested in a used car advertised by Vista Lexus at a specific sale price. When we went in with the ad which included the VIN#, we were told it was advertised at the wrong price "by mistake", even though it had been listed that way for several days and is still listed at that price as I write this. The same exact pricing for the same exact vehicle also appeared on another car sale website--so much for a "mistake" on their website only! They refuse to honor their pricing and we have now notified various consumer groups as well as the BBB and Lexus Corporate, who has said they will look into it. Their practices are a clear violation according to the Federal Trade Commission and have been reported to the FTC, BBB, and the Calif. District Attorney's office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! They do not honor prices they advertise and in fact violate FTC regulations!

Good overall, but kinda hit and miss

I've leased MANY cars from this dealer and have been for the most part happy. I feel like I get pretty good service from most of the associates, but sometimes they are a little flakey. The last time I dealt with them I got a bad quote over the phone and it caused quite a problem. I've sometimes made appointments to meet with them and they don't show up or are late. Not sure if I'm going back for the next Lexus, but if I do, I'd better get some pretty good service or it will be the last time. When things go well there, they are great and I feel like I'm treated fairly and get a good deal. Decent inventory to choose from.
