Dont buy from Visalia or deal with BMW

I have purchased 3 BMW in the last Three Years and many BMW in the past. My 750Li just lost an engine with 4 months left on lease. BMW did not do anything financial to assist. No payments !!! The vehicle had 30k miles. They put a reman engine in. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER BMW EVER AGAIN. The dealer said there hands were tied and they could not do anything. All this could have been resolved for less than $4,000.00. BMW Corporate would not do anything.

I'm a first time owner to a BMW thanks to Eddie Rico,(our client advisor). He was awesome from the first day we met him. We were told he was new but I would have never known because he was very informative and had an answer to all of our questions. We definitely will be going back to him for our next car in the future. He was never pushy or the car was never forced on us. We definitely visited 3 dealerships BMW being our last and the treatment, patience we received is one of the many reasons we stayed.! I highly recommend Rico and BMW dealership. Thanks a bunch Rico.

My First BMW

I went to several dealerships prior to BMW Visalia. I finally chose this dealership , to get my first BMW and I am glad I did. My agent was Shayne Roberts . He was thorough with the information and all paperwork. He even came home and picked me up from Fresno and drove me to the dealership to pick up my car. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to lease or buy.

I purchased my first BMW ever, I was cautious to visit BMW of Visalia because never been in a high end car dealership. Shayne with professionalism made it simple, enjoyable, hassle free, he never pushed or rushed me. I really felt welcome. Later with financing Mari was outstanding. I had a great experience acquiring my first BWM with a top-notch team of sales advisors, especially Shayne Roberts who answered all my questions very patiently. He definately showed great skillful knowledge about the SAV, support, and services that BMW of Visalia has to offer. .

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP

I tried to purchase an X5 from this dealership only to have my time wasted and my credit ran FOR NO APPARENT REASON. They told me at the last minute that they wanted to sell the car to a wholesaler instead to get more money. The manager Mike Castro has a serious attitude problem and is very rude. Tried to bully me into paying more than the advertised price because they were losing money on the car. Fraudulent if you ask me. Don't waste your time with these people and there ignorance!

First experience with BMW

As a MB driver for many years, I decided on a BMW. Arriving at this dealership expecting the usual treatment common with so many, I was pleasantly surprised at being with the courtesy extended to me. There is absolutely no pressuring you into buying a vehicle. If you end up buying one, it is your decision entirely. All were extremely friendly, courteous, helpful and patient. Being new to BMW, my sales rep. Frank made an extra effort to explain all the details the car had to offer. All in all, it was a truly enjoyable experience, one you will forget. One that will most likely make you a repeat customer, or one that will recommend this dealership to family and friends. It was/is the best experience I've had purchasing a car. NO stress!!!!
