Galpin Volvo Cars

I bought my 2016 XC90 almost a year ago and am long overdue in writing a review on my fantastic experience. First off, the car is terrific. I absolutely love it. Volvo hit it out of the park. As for the purchasing experience at Galpin Lincoln and Volvo, it could not have been better. This was a big purchase and my salesman, Todd Kessler, provided exceptional customer service the entire time. He was patient and provided a ton of great information while I was making the decision. I never felt uncomfortably rushed/pushed into making the purchase and he was highly knowledgeable on the car. Todd is a fantastic sales rep. Big kudos also go to Steve Sullivan in service. He has taken wonderful care of me and my prior Volvo and truly exceeded expectations for service. Between Todd and Steve, Galpin has a customer for life.
