Unsatisfied Customer Service in Vallejo

This morning I had called the service department and spoke with a representative name Karen. She was really helpful and able to go the extra mile to solve any of my questions. I asked about doing a "walk in" for an oil change since I did not have an appointment and because they were completely busy around 11am, she checked in with the service guys to see how booked they were. Karen notified me that coming in at 2pm would be a better time and I was happy about the information that she provided. BUT when I came in at 1:45pm and checked in with one of the guys working at the front desk, he insisted that I wait until he spoke with one of the service guys to check their availability. This particular worker went to the door in front of me and checked in with the service guys for about 10-15mins. I was watching him in front of me and he was literally having a full conversation with the workers! He looked at me near the door he was at while I was waiting and moved more towards the door so I could not see him and continued to talk for another 5 mins. I am literally upset with this worker after waiting 15 mins just to tell me that "unfortunately they are full and will not be able to take my car for an oil change unless I plan to leave it until 5:30" even though I came in at 1:45pm. I did not appreciate his body language nor his presence because of his customer service. Once I informed him that I spoke to customer service earlier via telephone before I came in and told him EXACTLY what Kate had told me, he completely changed his mind and said "it's okay I will take care of you right away" in a monotone way. At this point I was already irritated and upset so I went to the service consultant desk and looked for his business card to retrieve his name. Luckily I was able to grab one, his name is Don McCue. I will not be coming here ever again for any service nor will recommend anyone. I always seem to run into issues at this particular dealership. This is why I continue to go to Mel Rapton even though it is a long drive. I was hoping you guys would provide the customer service but once again it has failed. This is the third time I walked out from Avery Grenne Vallejo without having anything done. I honestly already regret purchasing my Honda with you guys. However, thank you to the representatives and service guys for being really helpful.
