BMW dealer Joe was very kind and spoke dual languages, helping Koreans purchase a car comfortably. I felt welcomed as I entered the store, and the space that provided free tea and coffee was also lovely. The Executive manager knew that I wasn't good at English, so he explained things to me in an easy way and gave me peace of mind by telling me not to worry about anything. The rear window brush was broken, but it wasn't a problem. The service time was shorter than expected and everything was done in perfect time.

Valencia BMW (specifically JohnMenzano) went above and -beyond in helping me buy my BMW X-2. This all happened while I was sick with COVID and he and his team (Gary & Matthew) didn’t lose a beat in enabling the purchase and delivery of my car. I came over to get a check engine light fixed on my X3 Taylor helped me. The check-in , explanation and action on the car was quick and efficient. The work was completed on the same day I was given an X5 as a loaner vehicle and now I feel like I want to upgrade from my X3. 5 star experience overall.

This review is long overdue some months sadly on my part. However, in my time driving and purchasing vehicles I haven’t received a service unlike that of what Mr. Joe Chang from the BMW in Valencia has provided. Not only did he go above and beyond for me prior to my involvement with his exceptional service in looking at a X5 over the phone he did such a great job that I drove to his dealership the following day to purchase the vehicle due to his pleasant attitude. I truly mean when I say he did a great job in the entire purchasing experience. Thank you again Mr. Chang. and top marks!

First BMW Certified Pre-Owned Purchase, heavy on warranty sales

Came in to purchase a specific CPO vehicle. I was attracted to the no haggle pricing. Test drive was fine. Salesperson congenial. Decided to purchase with 50% down and financing the rest after I was approved for a great rate. Finance person was very heavy regarding purchasing the service package and aftermarket warranty. I previously ran the numbers on the service package and it made sense. The warranty, however, was not compelling to me. I mentioned this is why I was purchasing a CPO vehicle, I had done my research and did not need an extra warranty (which btw, overlapped with the CPO warranty. Finance person then begins to rattle of a litany of why a warranty was needed, recounting story after story of woe - even mentioning that BMW stood for "Break my Wallet". Indeed. At this point, I was starting to believe that BMWs were crap vehicles if even a CPO vehicle needed a warranty. In short, sales is fine but be careful about the heavy push on after-market warranty.

Brought car in for a vibration issue. Service department was able to diagnose a bent rim and replaced it. Also fixed an oil leak that was covered by BMW while it was in the shop, overall very pleased with the results.

Purchased my first BMW, I guess we went “old school “ and did it in person instead of online. The salesman Christopher Anderson was very professional and personable. He listened to what we were interested in instead of just trying to sell us on what he had on the lot. Ended up with what we wanted. Eddie in the finance department was just as professional and insightful as he reviewed what additional items were necessary.

We went to Valencia BMW thinking we needed brake work after buying an X3 from another dealer. They explained all possible cost scenarios up front and our service concierge April took great care of us as and got us settled in with a warm tea when we declined her offer to shuttle us wherever we wanted to go. Their techs did a thorough job and discovered that we didn't actually need the brake work we were concerned about and sent us down the road feeling safe and taken care of. It's a nice feeling. And i recommend this dealer to others.
